    I've tried turning VSync on. It made no difference.

    Rather than try to describe it to you, I'll just take the easy route and give you a screenshot: As you see in the screenshot, the window textures and around them are messed up. They flicker like this constantly (black flickering). I've tried changing various graphics settings in-game, as well as some settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel, none of which helped. I heard that changing the video memory option sometimes fixes problems similar to this, but it did not work for me. Here are my in-game settings nonetheless: My GPU: Asus GTX 670 DirectCU II Top 2GB NVIDIA driver version: 332.21 (1/7/2014) Any help would be greatly appreciated.
