I dunno, kind of a bitch re-tying my shoes. That and I smack my head on the bottom of the desktop and it doesn't seem to help my healing status at all either.
-
Roger that...
-
I want to say yes as well... been a while though.

It was identified during Exp. testing and reported. Unclear as to when it will be addressed. I do hope they tone down the radius as well.

My experience as well, low pop public server, way north, clearing loot to see what re-spawns over a couple days. I left the area once for 6 hours, came back to find limited number of new items. One beverage, some loose ammo, misc. small items and the occasional firearm. Many locations were empty, and what did spawn was spread apart quite a bit. Some buildings were completely empty for the better part of the day yesterday, very different than .58 Exp.

I'm afraid to put it down... all my worldly possessions could be lost. I decided to just carry it with me, everywhere!
-
Worse than that, even having to push a button to begin with is too hard...or so it would seem. I digress, back on topic!

From the status report... http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/228094-status-report-18-aug-2015/

Picked up this on Twitter today. Has me curious... Apologies if it was already posted.

Come on already, she said "FRIENDLY"! Oh,wait, sorry, that was Ashley Madison, my bad...
-
Sorry, but I must be stupid. What exactly does this mean? What is the definition of "official sounding"? "I've been playing on an official sounding 1pp server"
-
Guess I need to experience this "face melting" phenomenon first hand. Although, based on your comments, it appears to be a lack of situational awareness?
-
Was just at nwaf, and hats are on sale for those that need one! Did it sink or do we have tides?
-
Exactly! almost, though I like the hotspot action when bottle necking at certain locations, I still think that we need a way to make server hopping obsolete. Maybe when the infected arrive in hordes it will balance this out. Anyways, I digress, just thinking out loud... ~snip~

Is it worth buying Dayz standalone yet? [With Developer responses]
Super_Duty replied to Blade4777980's topic in General Discussion
I have a few hours in-game now and find the development cycle to be refreshing and engaging as things progress with each subsequent build. I also follow the devs. wip comments and have a good idea what the development team is working to deliver. Ymmv, but I've had a lot of fun, spent a ton of time and can take a break then come back to something fresh. There are many details and things to do that are not widely known, each time I play. I find or figure out something new... -
Difficult, if not impossible to predict, given the ability to tweak the tables without having to push an update. Something I really like btw. My guess would be clean wipe, monitor distribution, and if all else fails, revert back before push to stable tomorrow...

I posted on the General forum, but thought the Exp. junkies may not have seen this. New workbench in the works from the twitter feed.

HA! funny that you posted that pic. I took these yesterday, and apparently the Chernarus dept. of planning, ordinance and building inspection has been napping... http://imgur.com/gallery/UpBVV9E

Yes, hypothermia is a bitch. The issue has been that the glow from your heat source my not actually be providing warmth. The fuel runs out but the afterglow remains. What did you have in your fireplace? A few of us commented on this several pages ago.

From early August... Fortunately, players can now create camps and store their supplies and weapons at them during their treks across Chernarus. Different containers / objects have different lifetimes. Currently, they operate as follows: - Medium Tent (Pitched): 45 Days - Military Tent (Pitched): 45 Days - Car Tent (Pitched): 45 Days - Barrels: 45 Days - Ammo Boxes: 45 Days - Protector Cases: 45 Days - Backpacks (All types): 3 Days Current functionality on experimental does not allow for refreshing the lifetime of an object without picking it up, so tents and barrels were set to a lifetime that will cover the time to .59 + some safety room in case of .59 stable blockers. Once .59 is pushed to stable, we will support the refresh of a base objects lifetime via interacting with it (moving, placing, picking up any item inside it) - which will operate as follows: - Medium Tent (Pitched): 7 Days - Military Tent (Pitched): 7 Days - Car Tent (Pitched): 7 Days - Barrels: 7 Days - Ammo Boxes: 7 Days - Protector Cases: 7 Days - Backpacks (All types): 3 Days

Oh, and I thought it was just me... waking up on the floor, clothes everywhere, trying to figure out who's going to cook breakfast. Honey, were did I park the truck?
-
Thank you!

On Experimental, all bets are off! The one rule for exp. is, don't get attached to your gear! There can be multiple updates any given day or week. And as of late, anything you are not carrying gets wiped.
-
Distribution is messed up at the moment, I wouldn't get used to this... Tents aren't really rare, are they? One popped up right next to me after I took away the civilian tent. On the downside - that camp already got raided. Back to barrels for me.

Dude, seriously? Really??? All you had to do was to look down and pick up the one that was on the floor!
