You would be wise to ignore half the people on here. Generally it's the ones who try and act high and mighty with statements like 'get off the coast newb' That do not have a clue what they are talking about, i rarely go to NWAf anymore. is it because i'm a noob, no. It is because i play this game for human interaction and that happens mainly down the coast and if you think all you are going to find along the coast is bambi's you are sorely mistaken, the coast is where the real fighters go and the nwaf is actually where all the carebears who care too much about their gear go.

I feel your pain dude. They will pick and choose between themselves, so some people they dislike they will try and close down their threads or move them without even reading them, depends on who you are. The topic does not matter to the moderators on this forum, it is about the person who posts them. On topic this is an awesome idea. Try posting it on reddit and you may get a bit of a better responce and a better GENERAL discussion about it, also rocket is more likely to take notice on reddit then on the games own forum which for some STRANGE reason none of the developers use. I saw someone suggest an eat all button on reddit and next thing you know it was in- game so there is always a chance it could become reality. Good luck

I am thinking more of the situation where say it's a family computer situated in a part of the house where the entire family are. For example my headset recently broke so i can hear from it but i cant talk until i get payed, it's not all black and white. Please don't assume i am a bandit. I really would like to make a thread called reminding people to use the search function and then all these posts can go in there because do you know what, you cry about cleaning the forums up but it's THESE posts which take up most of the room, wish we could just throw the pointless post into a pointless thread that no one will read Get over it

I would have given you my beans except for this. Or the person does not have a mic. Or they just don't need anymore friends. They are not feeling like risking their gear. Other then that some really good advice.

I have recently seen a massive increase in stupid ideas. Heres a few. Body despawn if you shoot at someone first. Make bambi's invincible after they spawn for a random period of time. Add in a skill tree for character progression. Give civilian clothing some kind of special powers over military clothes. Please people these kind of ideas do not make any sense, they don't even fit in with the theme of the game. I remember dean saying he wanted to create an anti- game so to speak, a game which does NOT want you to survive. These kind of ideas really do not fit in with the entire anti-game feel. So before you post one of these ideas just think is this an idea to make the game easier or is it an idea to make the game harder and more challenging. If the answer is the latter it probably has some merit but if it is the former it's not for this type of game. Please keep it civil.

Yeah i completely agree with you. Artificial things like beards and better colors and stuff like that would be a welcome addition to the game. I think it would be hard to find anyone to disagree with this. But making new spawn invincible for a period of time. WTF Where are these ideas coming from ??

I just thought that people were aware that this is not going to be THAT kind of game, there are thousands of them to choose from in the market already where these kind of ideas would be best suited but adding things in like skill tree's and clothes which give you armor bonuses is just never going to happen, what is the point in even writing detailed posts about it. ?

Yep that's what it was, one guy with an m4 took out 7 fully geared people within minutes using a formation but it was the formation that was their downfall. Riiiight.

The biggest tip i have for you and i think it will be wise to take this on board is to use the field of view option in your settings. If you are staying in one safe spot crank it up and it will zoom by times 5 giving a much better view of the area your looking at, it also brings windows which are out of range into range as well. If your running through the streets raise your field of view a bit and this will give you a bigger picture of whats going on to your left and right and all around you. Not a lot of people do this at the moment so if your learn to utilise it well it will give you a massive advantage against some people.

Why have you just wasted all your time writing a load of nonsense when you could have just read my post because of that i have edited all the stuff your post would not have contained had you read my post properly. This stuff is exactly what i do, but when i first started playing this game i was new to this and the mod. I needed to get better at shooting so i shot anything that moved until i was good, again if you had bothered to read my post you would know i don't do it anymore and the reason i don't is because i am a good shot now, All thanks to the crying new spawns such as yourself.

I was a terrible shot so i shot bambis. I was not shooting them for fun or to grief them i was shooting them to get better. Just because you cry about it that does not make it griefing. If you are that upset about it you must be a terrible player because i can avoid getting shot if i want to, i think you need to learn the game a bit better and you might get a bit less of that grief thats being dished out along the COAST.

Although i don't go around shooting bambis anymore when i was new to the game i did use them as target practice. It's well and good saying go and fight some geared people for the adrenaline rush but if you have not mastered the basics like shooting a moving target you're never going to stand a chance. I never shouted down the mic at them or acted like a dick about it so i dont see what the big deal is.

Go onto your steam and you can look through a list of the people you recently played with, he will be on there. Cant remember how to do it exactly so hopefully someone can tell you exactly how to find recently played with on steam.

1. onehappybird 2. broken legs 3. krasnostav police station, experimental regular 4. all green military gear, military backpack Dont know if you guys are still around but i have been crawling around for about 2 hours now and it's really hard to be friendly when you are so vulnerable.

I am not going into the details of how i know they are hackers but i do know that they are. Is it just me or has hacking become much more prevalent again, even worse then before and yet no mass ban or anything in sight. So much for a hack free version of the mod, what a joke. Anyone been having a lot more unexplained deaths and people teleporting into your buildings and stuff like that ??

I feel your pain. It really does feel like the game is a waste of time if you die to hacking. The more of it i see the less i will play and encourage others too as well.

Probably for the best. You never have anything good to say anyway, you wont be missed.

yeah see the hacker did leave me alone at first as i was a new spawn but i chased him around trying to punch him, he teleported around laughing at first and then he stopped and i was dead, the screen shook as if i had been hit but it made the hitting noise three times as if i had been hit multiple times it was strange.
