free version doesnt allow you to use mods or launch it as CO with arrowhead. I just googled it to check

it wont work with arma 2 free you need Arma 2 CO and recomended to have the DLC BAF and PMC as well

Yeah I use facetracknoir with a ps3 eye for all my flight sims (DCS/BMS/FC2) but I personaly don't use it for infantry but for vehicles it is great.

yeah it is but I think it was for the insurgents from arrowhead. Anyway nice name for it lol :D I just read the Loot sheet and aparently in the downed choppers you can find L85s as well as AS50 the british one so that would require BAF for hi res textures :)

The Lee Enfield is from Arrowhead isn't it?

At the moment there isn't anything in Dayz that would use the BAF dlc. Maybe in the future? who knows.
