It's so easy to find rope and burlap sacks. Go loot some houses, they spawn everywhere, i find them in apartment buildings, supermarket, garages, especialy garages.

It's set in 2009, ArmA 2 time era, but since it's Chernarus+, i guess it's taking place in 2013-2014.
