Yea I always wondered this myself, hide body feature should at least take a lot longer than what it is now, if not remove it period. There's already not so many threats in this game as it is. To tell you the truth when I kill someone and I don't need any of their gear I always hope someone finds it so t gives the map another "predator" for me to hunt down. Guys at the end of the day this is a pvp game, besides shooting each other were left with finding food drink etc, even when zombies become lethal the goal won't change as many of you think it will. -
So last night as I was laying in bed I started thinking about dayz. I was just wondering in my own head things what would make the gameplay better? and drugs popped in my head, more particular medical drugs. One of them adrenaline, it would make perfect sense for a game like this. It would fit in perfectly with the heart attack mechanics they already implemented and I thought wow they already have this in store. Dean specifically mentions that the medical system is going to evolve dramatically. I don't want to get to specific as I would like you guys to elaborate more on how you guys think different types of drugs would work. Some I thought of would be coke, maybe tobacco and marijuana.

So now that we have all bitched as much as we could lets move on. Has anyone seen what our developers have been working on, if not I suggest you watch this.. Very Exciting stuff coming out especially with that great looking physics that couldn't be easy to do. Guys I beg please stop complaining about progression, put yourself in these guyses shoes, it's such a turn off some of the stuff ppl say on here. We need to motivate them not beat them into the ground. But anyways things look very promising, and for anyone doubting the DayZ team without Dean, is really a slap to the face to these guys.

Nobody is talking about making brand new mechanics, were merely suggesting tweaking a few, and I do listen to a lot of dev blog and Dean interviews and he clearly states in a couple of them that he wants a lot more difference between Regular and Hardcore other than just the 1PPvs3PP, Dean leans towards the Hardcore crowd but he's also smart enough to know that there's enough Casual players out there to make it worth making 2 modes. -

I love the idea of some wells just being completely dried up, and every time the server restarts the location of those dried up wells would also change to keep things fresh and always a mystery. -

I like all your other ideas and I can see them work, this one though I do not see it being implemented. your basically saying that all men are tougher and stronger than all women, when in reality it varies. Personally I do not see how making one better than the other would make hardcore a better experience. -

One thing I think to truely make hardcore a hardcore experience is add lives. Say maybe 3 lives a week, after those three deaths you wouldn't be able to play until the next week. You now that feeling you already get if you think your going to die and lose all your shit, it will be ten times that. -

The mystery being no one knowing what causes heart attack. Everyone throwing crazy theories of if you run to long, this and that. Having a heart attack from taking too much adrenaline makes way more sense. -

It's actually quite easy the reason hardcore servers are so unpopulated at the moment, ppl that play hardcore are waiting till the game is close to finish. Most "hardcore" players have played the mod, they played in the beginning of the SA but realised right now it's not really worth it. Also Like someone said before these new players are just getting use to the game and I'm sure soon enough will see a big player count transition to hardcore.

Hey guys sorry for anything, it's just that when I think about the DayZ community I think mature, and idk what it is but especially in this forum the kid seems to come out on a lot of people. The defenders are sometimes if not all the time worst than the attackers. There's so many sarcastic, know it all, ignorant ppl in here that it really does spread and infect like a damn plague. I guess what I am asking is for us as a whole to be mature about everything, sometimes we have to remember that we are this community, every single one of us make up what DayZ ultimately is, a game where the players make it come to life. -

IMHO Rocket is deff. doing the wrong thing. Not the wrong thing for leaving but the time frame it's taking him to leave. It's not like he's a big superstar already and everything he touches turns to gold. He's brand spanking new. He should stay till his first big project is done and perfected to his likings. Like he has mentioned before on his tweets, anyone can have a great idea but it's about execution Will the game still be as good as if Dean stayed till the end, absolutely, but again the point here is about Dean. In my opinion he's quitting early to create himself a safety net in case shit goes sour. He's told us about his career goals and how he wants to open his own studio, that's all swell but your suppose to be caring about your supposedly baby game dude, you know that one called DAYZ, leaving this early is a sign that you really don't care about the project and more about yourself. So at the end of the day I'm glad you decided to step away from something your really not that into, and hopefully you left enough of a mark so that the next person would want to fill your shoes and more. -
So I play a lot of DayZ. At this point in my DayZ gaming experience the only thing left to do or the only thing to do is pvp. I been noticing though that military bases have been losing their touch, I've been to countless military bases and camped each one for hours. NEAF is the one with most action but for some reason killing ppl there just doesn't feel satisfying, it's mostly bambis with maybe a shotgun or a pistol, nothing really worth writing home about, and the rest of the bases are quite vacant. Yesterday though as I got tired of camping balota I decided to hit the road to go to Electro. On the way I did something I usually never do, I decided to loot Chernogorsk, and to my surprise the first hospital I went to north of the city I already saw someone. Tailed him around town to make sure he was with no one else and waited for the perfect shot. Boom he's done, one precise shot to the head with the m4 about 100meters away confirmed. Next I decide to head over to the fire house cause love me some yellow containers haha. Found another 2 guys fighting it out. Took out the last guy standing logged off came back a few hours later and more action. I love this place now. Anyone else have a favorite city they pvp in?

Yea Elektro to me just seems way to opened and random. You don't want to shoot a bambi but at the same time when ur hearing shots everyone you see is a threat so to me Elektro is way too hectic. Like I said Cherno is just perfect, it has that big city vibe, nice big apartments, plenty of cover, and it made sense on why I met so many ppl that were geared there. Balota is only a few minutes away and the apartments north of it are a nice gearing spot. I've been to the north plenty but it seems after the last 2 updates ppl really aren't going there anymore,i don't blame them either because thats one heck of a hike. And to this dude screaming out KOS kiddies, I see that you caught urself trolling but dude next time think twice before posting.
