    Coupled Mag Changes

Nah, it's fine. I also would have put it into a proper sub-forum if I didn't rush getting it out of my head. Thanks.

Well, I was in a hurry to get the idea out of my head so... I guess I rushed.

    Coupled Mag Changes

Currently, coupled mags do incredibly insane things. One of them is the ability to "craft" 60 rounds of 5.56s in one slot, rather than the standard max of 30. Another is that they don't require a "quick-reload" at 30 rounds fired, unlike in real life. The last is that it shows the open magazine as full even when I fired all rounds. (Drinking Alcohol Tincture can kill you. Who knew? Well, it made me go wild for a minute or two wasting all my ammo and getting to find out this crazy out-of-place situation that I want corrected.) My suggestions? 3 actually: 1) Make emptying a Coupled Mag or 40-round Mag give a maximum of 30 x 5.56 rounds per slot. This is more of a balancing feature rather as well as a semi-limiting factor rather than allowing players to stack more ammo through Coupled/40-round Mags. 2) Force quick-reloads when firing a mag to empty. This is more towards the fact that each individual magazine still only holds 30 rounds. It adds more realism than firing a 30 + 30 rounds mag as if it were a 60 rounds mag. 3) Have the empty magazine show as empty in-game. This may need more coding than the other 2 as well as a minor texture work as normally, one cannot see the magazine as empty or full. Also again adds more realism to the game itself.
