Why is the M24 only "okey tier"? I would place it as high as a DMR..

Had the same: Date/Time: 24 may 2012- 17:49 EU-(amsterdam) What happened: After a server crash i keep logging in at a greenfield with hills and no grass (coördinates 987087). There is one guy with a gun (macarov?) and other people keep comming and then disapear in like 2 seconds. (I think the guy is for protection against players like me, to prevent me from killing those people that keep appearing/disapearing.) Where you were: I was at ne airfield, lieing under a bush, NE of the NE airfield on the hill (Like 200meter n/ne from the ATC) What you were doing: Lieing down, sniping *Current installed version: 8,4? For those with out a rangefinder: The small squares on your map are 100x100 so if you know your own position + theirs you can just count the squars between you and your target and you will know your distance from the target.

That's the story you guys like to tell everyone, but it is not the truth. Our group has raided many camps, this was the biggest and best so far, which is why we posted this one. And the plan from the beginning was to raid you guys, if ton wanted to use a jeep he could have just taken it, not like you guys had much security anyway. Then why take the time to ask us? If it was realy your "plan" it would be stupid to let us know that you (his friends) are comming...

If you gona brag about it please tell the real story: Toncom was in our group, we trusted him. He got angry because we told him not to pick up his friends (zanderflex) with the jeep. He went rogue with his friends and killed us. We realy don't care about it, its part of the game,but please keep the story straight.(We actualy killed toncom twice after your raid).

The picture is true but the map ain't, the map also shows real wells (Deep holes in the ground) and those can't be used.

How do I join the server?: Just like a normal shooter you will find a list of servers, sort them on misions and find the group called "dayz". Those are the servers you want to join. how do I make a chraacter?: You character will be automatichly made when you join a server. You can edit its appearence a little in the main menu of the game (startup screen). What happens if I die o_o?: You lose all your stuff and start all over again. Edit: When you first join a server your pc will be given his own personal id,that will be matched with your character. That id + character will be stored on the main server of the game that all servers are connected to.,So you can go on every server you want.
