Open steam > right click DayZ in your game list > properties > local files tab > verify integrity of game cache -
Yeah, if you want to do any serious gaming a standalone graphics card is a must. Integrated chips just don't have the needed computing power to run graphics intensive games.

When this happens to you, keep walking toward the wall where it's invisible, then tap your V key and it often lets you step back out of the wall. If it doesn't work in the spot you're in, move along the wall or try a different wall. This has saved my char too many times to count when i've been stuck in the walls or floor :)
