Try hiking an actual mountain and see how silly the game is. I'm not talking Everest, like rocket did, but any random 4- 5- 6000 foot peak, with even a 30 pound pack on your back. I don't care what kind of shape you are in, it is slow going. Hell, even a 1000-foot hill is quite taxing with or without a pack on your back. Yeah it sucks, but at least you can spam weapon switch to sprint up hills... for now.

Never said wrath brought on ezmode...said that i was fed up with it by then ;) Honestly, I started to hate it when BC launched. At 60, my rogue was in the top 5 rogues on the server. My guild was one of 2 to have cleared original Naxx prior to BC and had AQ40 on farm, and everyone had the gear to prove it. Real epics. A week after BC launched, my AQ/Naxx epics were replaced by trash mob greens. Never could completely wrap my head around that. Think I still have some of those 60 epics in my bank lol.

This type of experience is exactly why I am full-on KOS.

As an avid KOSer, I also think helis would not be the best choice, nor do I think we need a BF4-styled arsenal to have to choose from. But if it happens, it happens. I can be happy either way. I'm certainly not going to say that including them or not including them is going to "ruin the game". What ruins it, is the incessant whining by those casuals. I played vanilla WoW back in the day, and quit after wrath, because I couldn't take the ezmode anymore. There was no longer any accounting for skill; it was all dev-inspired ezmode for the masses,get em leveled capped as soon as possible so they can get their ghetto epics. Dont want to see this one dumbed down like that one was. Keep it hard, keep it painful.

Your solo challenge seems to be more of a draw than my group challenge was, on the heels of your first challenge. I voted forest, although not too sure my work schedule will allow me to participate. However, I have to regear my HC toon, so not ready for prime time anyhow. Hope you get your fraps situated, would love to see the outcome of this.

Not true at all. 45 mags most definitely spawn at the airfields, in the jail buildings and in the ATC. In fact, I almost always make it away from NEAF with at least one, as long as I can get there before anyone else has a chance to loot- and even then, the mags are so small, its possible the previous guy overlooked it. Maybe that is your problem- you just arent seeing them there. I assure you they spawn there.

You can shoot downhill, but doing it from prone is a crapshoot at best. Uphill also is very buggy from prone. I found that some of the ground cover foliage also acts as that invisible wall; if you try firing through a bush/ some brush/ tree branches, it also acts like the invisible noclip wall.

Ahhh shit, and all along I thought I was the only one who was special enough to get warned and not outright banned. Warning points should be publicly visible IMO.

Hell I would like to see some of the Realtree variants added. We have hunting pants in game now, need to add a shirt, hat, and maybe even a daypack sort of backpack in the popular hunting patterns that are out there now. Im all for adding the military variants, for sure, but civilian options would be great too- and would obviously spawn in places other than the military bases.

Riding on the apparent success of Crazykage's challenge the other night, I want to step it up a notch and offer up a clan v. clan challenge. My crew, [KoS], vs. whoever wants to challenge us this evening. [DUST], if you bums want to try again, we are all about it, especially after all the QQ the last time we rolled you... But it stands as an open challenge to anyone interested with a crew ready to go against us. I will guess that we will be rolling at least 6 deep, but that could vary with time of day. Looking to get the party started around 7pm EST, on our server. We are loosely grouped on the western half of the map right now but are bound for Solnichny after everyone gets their shit done for the day and we regroup. Chances are good that there will be copious amounts of alcohol involved, as well as some streaming.

I cant totally disagree with the golf analogy...lol. But, I stream for the sake of friends who don't/cant play, and they watch the mindless grind for hours just to see the few seconds of killing. Sad that you have lost the rush. You must be becoming one of those sociopaths IRL that the carebears keep crying about :)
