Didn't tried myself, but a lot of people mentioned this problem, so it's probably a common bug.

Taking Your idea further, I would suggest "a last stand survivor camp", e.g. a medical facility sorounded by heavy military fortifications, with signs of heavy fighting - a lot of corpses,destroyed barricades, maybe half of the facilities destroyed by fire/ explosions.

Great idea! Also, it would be reasonable, if the game could differentiate bandits from heroes - in that case it would be possible to make statistics for best bandits/heroes.
