Should be ok to run, might have to mess about with the settings on the Video/Render/quality settings. Please note tho, some games/engines are funny with Notebooks integrated dedicated graphics card.

This is a known issue and a fix will be coming out tomorrow, a quick hotfix. It is out now on the experimental server.

I had no problems at all with the new hot-fix patch, seem to of done job. Been playing about a good 40 mins or so. No crash at all/screen lag - All graphics was set on normal.

Hey guys am Dan aka w00kie from dear old Sunny, England, London! I normal play a fair bit, at night ( See sig for server IP ). http://steamcommunity.com/id/w00kies

1) http://feedback.dayz...y_view_page.php Go here, make an account if you do not have one at all. 2) Sign into the account making sure its all done sorted i.e. activated etc. 3) Log in. Then at the top there is a link says "View Issues" 4) Then in the search box, type the key words or the same as an example "unconcious dead in ocean" then click on "Apply Filter" 5) Look at the most viewed/commented on problem, or which fits your best problem. 6) Then in the ID column, you will see loads of numbers click on this, you should see "VOTE UP" or "VOTE DOWN". Then click on the radius button next to "VOTE UP" then, click on "VOTE" 7) All done. This will save many duplicates of bug reporting and will save the DayZ Dev Team time when looking at problems. I do hope this helped. You can also add your own note at the bottom of the bug report which can be added as well. Just fill in the box with more added information and click on "Add Note"

Yes it is down to the leak, however they found it well I hope any ways. So hotfix might incoming.

Dayz at the moment is Pre/Alpha. So most of the processes that DayZ does will be down to your processor/RAM. At the moment, well I think the textures are just there for place holders. They might make more of the GPU later on a build of the Alpha, near the beta stages. It does not really matter what graphics card you got at the moment. The only main thing is that you can meet the minimum specifications to run it, in this case you can run it. It has been reported its due to a memory leak/GPU in the engine and is being worked on. So please just be patience, remember its Alpha. To be honest, DayZ is a long way of from supporting SLI/Crossfire as there is really no need for it at the moment with the game current build state. It has happen to a lot of people now with this FPS drop and the DayZ team are aware of the problem at the moment. Its due to a GPU/Memory Leak. I been doing this right away when I got DayZ SA. As wonky surfaces in alpha are bad lol! Also another little tip do not log off in Buildings or Roofs.

Sadly this happen to me, a few times. Best way is to make them drop the item, then walk far far far far far way back. That normal does work for me, when they are far back make sure that they have there guns/melee weapons on there back. So if you see a weapon/melee come out at least you can see & close your inventory very quickly.

I know this is a very old post but still, more people will ask the question about it. " Is it worth buying it? " There is 3 yet and simple ways to look at it. 1) Just want to play the game for your £20? (depends on your currency) with out no problems? Answer: No 2) Do research on the game and learn what "Alpha" means in gaming terms, as it seems like 20% of people that play DayZ does not understand what it means, also the number of hours and stages a any game/patches will take & produce. Once done research and fully understand, what "Alpha" state means and is happy. Answer: Yes 3) Want to support the game? It may be to a point where the state of the game is unplayable/functions. Like to play the same level/ways over and over and report the problems that may come up which can be anything from day to day basis. Also be very helpful towards the DayZ Dev team in a good manner? Answer: Yes

These places are good, if the server has not been all looted. Then you might get a Mag/Mosin or just ammo. I been lucky of lately when I look in these places as I seem to find the Mag with ammo which is normal just on the shelf behide the piano. ( Next to the stairs). Upstairs is normal some drinks/food.

I was doing this right up till this morning, as of ok with no problems at all. The only problem is that when you got your fists out you cant go right into prone mode. You have to stop, put your fist down and then go proned this also goes for crouching.

Good to know, was getting really unplayable with in a few minutes. Grand stuff DayZ team.

Here are my Specs I use for DayZ to play. ( These specs was able to run DayZ fine, before 0.34.115106 patch was release due to the Bad Memory leak/low FPS) Desktop Computer Monitor resolution: 1920 x 1080 CPU: i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz ( Running at 4Ghz and is stable + Air cooler ) Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series RAM: 16gig ( Kingston 8GB 2400MHz DDR3 Predator Kit x 2 ) Sound: Realtek High Definition Audio SSD?: Yes ( Samsung SSD 840 PRO Seri SCSI Disk Device 250gig ) Notes: My BIOS is updated to the latest firmware & drivers are updated to there most recent.

To be honest. The way the game as the moment its way to far to offer support for sli/cf support.

I think its a hit or miss. Might be affecting the lower end specs systems compared to the higher systems ( With more RAM/SSD etc )
