What are your current Configurations? There are multiple FPS enhancing guides on the forum. EI: If Shadows and Couds are enabled, disable them. As for the desync, try different servers with a lower PING.

Aaah... GMT. So I see.

I put "-window" In the Steam Launch Options. I dont have a numberpad.

Regardless of how I change my in-game configurations or the Steam Launch Options, the game will not boot up in windowed mode- only fullscreen. On top of that, once I change it to windowed in-game, every time I expand the window my configurations change. :\

This. Just these two issues are the BIGGEST pains of the game atm.

Maybe they should make that part of the 'ambiance'. Eat too many beans, and later on, out of the blue, you'll rip one and startle the guy you were stalking.
