First off, it shouldn't directly make them pristine, rather, for each repair it slighty increases the condition, enough repairs result in jumping a condition. Depending on the condition of the stuff. Korsabek, you get 2 worn tires, they are NOT exactly the same. One might have something in it that is perfect condition but the other one doesn't. You take the best parts of 2 tires and combine them. That is how it works.

Would be pretty cool to add some ominous random encounters. Something like seeing and hearing a jet fly high high above, meteor shower, meteorite landing, zombies mauling eachother, zombies coming out of the ground, just not anything that can directly be advantageous or disadvantageous to the player, and definitely no low flying air craft like helicopters. The way it could be set up can be just like how it is set up in Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. You can type Fallout 3 Random Encounters in google and take a reader to see how it is done. I think it could add to the atmosphere, or keep players on their toes, break the ice once in a while. If you don't bother reading what I suggested (WHICH YOU SHOULD, before making any judgements, and because it is hard for me to explain) I would say that you enter a certain area, maybe doing a certain thing or having something certain, then there is a chance that a random encounter would occur (or it will always happen if conditions are met) Depending on which area you are in or what you are doing, there are different random encounters for different things.

Dude, IF you can, try to get something bigger than that, like 180 GB, or 256... Trust me, I used up all my 128 GB SSD space for OS and games, and now have to install games on HDD.

That is just strange? Maybe there was a patch or more/less players/zombies/loot? SSD's only affect loading times of games and other software, like your OS. Starting a game, entering a game and waiting for the map to load, turning on your computer and waiting to get to log screen, etc. Only things that can affect frame rate would be your GPU, CPU, and maybe RAM.

Although I already know most of this stuff (the hard way) I think this would be helpful for new players. Nice job.

M4 spawns way too much. I find more M4's than Mosins by 10 fold, literally.

Well I for one was in a school in Berezino or the city north/south of it and heard a guy coming up the stairs. I shot him but he said he was friendly. I bandaged him and said I have saline and IV start in my first aid kit. While I put it down to get the stuff out, he took out his axe and hit me. Luckily I managed to escape, but this is probably going to make me shoot one more time in the future.

Considering that bicycles ARE THE MOST COMMON AND CHEAP VEHICLE IN THE WORLD, I would say sure. Maintenance like replacing tires, and re airing them should be added though. And tire kits, to fix your tire if there is a hole from a nail. A tire kit would be soap, water, and sticky patches, plus a crowbar/a smaller version.
