in my dayz.cfg there is no "3D Performance" that i could change ? only: Resolution_W, Resolution_H, winX, winY, winW, winDefW, winDefH, Resolution_Bpp, refresh, Render_W, Render_H, FSAA, postFX, GPU_MaxFramesAhead, GPU_DetectedFramesAhead, HDRPrecision, lastDeviceId, localVRAM, nonlocalVRAM, vsync, AToC, SWLayersCount, PipQuality, PPAA, Windowed

...you do parkour and run around, but slowly vault over every obstackle :D

hi guys, the movement stuff isnt the best. its ok, but it isnt good i suggest implementing something like in GTA V where you start slow and get faster and faster, and then again slow down til you stand still this would be for a very late state of the game :D rotteck

hi guys, a few days ago, i experienxed something very stupid and ridiculous: i was near the factory, running south to meet my friend in kamyshovo, when i saw a group of 13 Players (yep, 13. not maybe 7 and i was too layzy to count...), walking towards me. some of them had crowbars and shovels, so i said, they better shouldnt come near me ( i was fully geared, m4 + attachements, tons of ammo, milit. gear, etc. ). they stopped and waited for a couple of seconds but then started running towards me trying to hit me with crowbars and shovels. so i started to shoot at them. it was one gigantic mess. everyone was attacking me and i changed the firemode to auto (normally i have it on single because IF i attack, i aim for the head, so i dont need to waste tons of bullets) and just sprayed the bullets in every direction, they, and me, were running circles around each other, hitting me and themselves, but at the end i killed them all... but some of them seemed to respawn right near me because there were new people running towards me, trying to beat me to death... at the end, i ran out of ammo ( i fired at least 300 rounds (ammo box) + 4x 60 rounds (magazines) and ran away after one of the "waves" ended. you cant kill somebody with crowbars and other crap if he has an m4. its technically impossible ( at least if this person is me :D ) please stop with the "oooooh im pissed of cuz i died so im gonna try to kill anyone i see becuz i have nothing to loose" tell me what you think of these guys :D rotteck

i really like the idea ! by the way: i think the restarts will be completely gone/1 time every week/etc. ... , when the item/zombie respawn system is working

while holding the shield, you shouldnt be able to have a weapon in your hands it would be unrealistic / too OP (having a completely bulletproof shield, and shooting with a fnx at the same time would be very unfair)

hi guys, i want to share this story to you because i think it is very funny :D my two friends and me were in elektro, looting the town, and i just spawned and walked there, so i had nothing than my spawn-gear i was in the fire-station at the road to the north, and found a fnx and one magazine. i told my friends to come to me so they could give me some clothes, they just looted for me. they were just entering the fire station as a guy walked in, fully armed, m4, camo gear, etc. and shot them :(. then he said something like : you just spawned, it is not worth killing you. then he handcuffed me and sprayed like 2 magazines on the dead bodies of my friends so that i wouldnt be able to get their items. after he did that he forcefed me a rotten apple. then he said something like: bye, happy dieing. i destroyed the handcuffs, took my pistol out (that idiot hadnt looted me :) ) and shot him 3 bullets in the head as he was going down the road into the city. i retrieved all of his stuff and me and my friends met at kamyshovo :D wow. lol rotteck

cars are not gamebreaking... it should just be very hard to make them work :D just imagine driving around mashing everything getting in front of you and then get killed by some guys with m4s completely ruining you and your car and 5 days of work :D but back to topic: add both, cars and horses :D

... but finding each other is one of the main aspects when playing together ?? also if you and your friend just spawned, it normally doesnt take that long: the most southern spawn is in kamyshovo and the most northern is near berezino. (thats what i experienced) so it will take something about 5-15 minutes to meet, if you dont loot. and if you will spawn with your friends after joining, you could "teleport" your newspawn-friends to lets say NWAF, or you could get teleported back to the coast. no.

pretty cool, cant wait to see them ingame, but i think i will stick to my green one (more camouflaged)

hi guys, about a week ago, i walked through the streets of cherno ( or elektro, i cant remember ) and suddenly i heard strange voices: it sounded like a radio show. ??? so, there were two ppl., a man and a women. the women was explaining family tax splitting to the men. if you dont know what this is, it is a law in germany that says, if you are married, you dont have to pay income taxes for each of you, but your income will be calculated together and then divided through 2, and you just need to pay taxes for this amount of money. example: if a men has an income of 10000 and his wife an income of 5000, and the income tax is 50 procent, they normally would have to pay 7500, but with this law, they only have to pay 3250 ( 10000 + 5000 = 15000 / 2 = 7500, 50% of 7500 = 3250 ) also, what i wrote there, is pretty much the stuff, the women teached the men. after the women finished her "lesson" the show restarted from the beginning. this happened over and over again. if you went away, the voices got quieter, and if you went back, louder again. i checked a few buildings, to find the source, but there was nothing ( first i thought someone was playing a joke on me with the voice chat but you were able to hear this "radio show" for about 100 metres in every direction and voice chat is, i think, only 15 metres ). i really want to know what this was, because it scared the s*** out of me :D ( it was 1 am and normally you dont expect something like this to happen ) hope you can answer this question, did you have experienced something similar ? yours sincerely, rotteck

hi guys, i changed the server a couple of times, and now i have to wait 288 seconds... has it something to do with the server settings or is this against server hopping or something else ? rotteck

i tried to find a server where i dont get desync over 600000

oh by the way, i was just searching for a good server ;) why would someone serverhop in kamyshovo :D

no fall damage is better than fall damage where you can fall one metre and die :D

hi guys, if you press "p" while ingame, a list of all Players that are on your Server will Pop up you can see their bandwith, ping and desync. my question is: what is desync, and is it bad if i have a six-figure sum ? sorry if this is a stupid question ^_^ rotteck
