(not sure if anyone has already mentioned this) Why have this whole sit-down thing when you can just have it so that if you get hit, you have to remain so long without getting hit, before you can logout, if you do, then your auto-killed. Yes, players can still log-off if they see someone coming at them, but you have the new anti-server hopping to stop that. So, if your hunting someone, just wait a few mins for them to come back onto the server.

As dirty as it sounds, when I just got the game, I found looking for empty servers, and looting the big cities really gave me a kick-start to the whole DayZ experience.

In one run, my friend and I found two M4's, a bunch of ammunition, some magnums, a few hunter backpacks, even more mountain backpacks, meds, and a good amount of general supplies. It was a good day, that day...

Great idea, hope to see it put into the game...

It just gives KOS'ERS another place to camp.

As of recently, loot hasn't been spawning in the tents, there you used to be able to find attachments galore, this will be fixed soon. The airfield itself is a gold mine, but be wary of bandits...

OP, how do I change my cross-hair to be like yours?

I was wondering if any of you know how to change the cursor, or whatever the little thing you use to aim with is called, from a dot, to that little circular thing that I have noticed most youtubers use.

Oh, that sucks, In vids I've seen people are using this cross-hair which looks a little bit like the on from 'The Last of Us.'

Love the idea, that would be so cool, and if anyone shot, even at a zombie, NPC guards would gun them down. The same guards should fire on zeds.

If any of you have read on the last topics, you would have seen me get into a debate about play styles. Mine being called stupid, and a death sentence. So, here is mine... -I move quickly straight down the main road from my spawn to Elektro, talk with others, get an update on bandit activity in the area. Spend 2 dayz looting, stay away from people. Use the woods to escape un-noticed. Once a good distance, sprint all out till half way to Cherno, where a group of homes surround a water pump. Fill canteens, and drink around 30 times. Continue sprinting, land in Cherno. Stealth up to those warehouse like factories where one can easily find some handguns, server hop till I find one (leave me alone on the hopping, I know full well of your dislike). Head out to Balota, stealth along the tree-line, and secure an M4, and ammunition. Head to the camp, gather parts. Head all the way back to spawn, help out bambis. Get bored with my gear, give it all to some new-spawn, and start all over again. Oh, and if I find handcuffs, i'll have some fun with them XD -post your style after voting!

Lol, srry Airborne, but i'm out of the brotherhood, this morning a friend of mine and I gave some gear to some bambi's and escorted them to Elektro, guess i'm a hero now. But, it felt really good helping, and the thanks we got was worth all the M4's in the world...Try being a hero guys, it's more rewarding than anything, just always wear a bike helmet, and keep a weapon drawn...Plus, I do KOS if I have to fight my way for more ammo or supplies...

What this dude forgot to mention, was that we helped out two bambi's, then this guy bursts out of a bush, we tell him to halt, and stay put, but he didn't, so, I let slade waste him.

You are completely right! I think instead of KOS, i'll force people to change there items around, then drop their backpack, giving them the chance to keep vitals, while I still get stuff. People need to get into this mindset, problem is, some people don't even bother to loot the people they kill. In addition, why kill, and not loot the bodies, its just a waste or resources.

HI guys, my friend and I are planning on heading out, and getting full gear in one run, we have a route planned, but, as we alll know, things aren't always that easy. On a personal level, I have no problem with a proper KOS, meaning, they come up to me, and we have a real fight. What really bugs me, are the people who are sitting in some random house, picking off everyone, its stupid, give your opponent a chance, even if you out-gear them 10-1. Why, because its them who made the mistakes, not you, you fought, and won. Today, I had next to nothing, and heard footsteps nearby, ran for what i thought was a decent hiding place, next second, at least 50 shots blow me to pieces, im glad whomever it was wasted a lot of ammo for anything, have fun with my pepsi sirs.

I think you may have a bit of a psychological problem... Then again, all of us do :)
