Why not? works both ways. Macro can be useful for a number of reasons - they have been used by gamers for a long time and will remain for even more!

Get yourself to balota, equip yourself with mosin + LRS then use the Woods by South of Kelm to get those pesky bandit from apartments :D - mind yourself near that big orange brick house with the well, it is a deathtrap!

Ah no, not west dude, stay near NEAF, Gorka, Kelm - great action there, make sure to approach carefully and be the one that KoS. The boat too is interesting. Avoid Berenzino just.

It is never going to be a fair playing field.Players with higher rigs and able to draw more are at a disadvantage of course but this will not go away. Learn to hide in Pine trees, thick bushes.

The game is in development, of course they will fix bugs. Do some people still think the alpha release was a full game release? Geez.

Not since spawns have been changed to NE ... but yeah snipers most likely.

Dayz is a true survival PVP/PVE game, you simply must be on your guards all the time. Also, it doesnt take days to gather any sorts of gear, bit more practice and you will know where to gear up fast with what you want.

And its very hard, at least for me, even on first person. With the machete/knife is very easy to hit the head everytime. Besides, I dont like carrying extra weight and so I don't carry an axe at all now. Best for lying down sniping too and makes you look overall less of a threat (debatable I know... )

There are new methods that work well to get them easy. Use a bayonet or machete in first person and go for the head, they fall and come back up twice maybe 3 times then they are dead. You can easily do that without getting hit a single time. Do not carry valuables in your chest clothing as even one hit can get them ruined...

The Level Designers are spending time one this. Level Designers do not work on fixing issues with game code. Got it? Good. Moving on.... :D -
Chilling out ... the not so funny twist on this shot is that shortly after I got a red link followed by the "no message received" ... yeah. Lost all the gear on the floor!

They make sense when on Third person view or when looking through a scope. They even make sense if your player if wearing sunglasses...

Its alpha, there will be issue all the way through, even in beta... For all the fixes, deinstall and reinstall/play when fully released! (you agree to this every time you click I UNDERSTAND). Congrats to the Devs!

Why carry stuff that arent useful at present (cooking gear? Matches?) - I would go for the improvised backpack, more than enough space on that.

Fair enough. I think part of the problem is the pressure the devs are under and in particular Dean to deliver roadmaps and such... they/he will announce fireplace for end of April but a show stopping bug comes in and delays all... Im not bothered so far. The game, while far from complete, is already well playable and im having fun just as it is now :D anything else is gravy from there on. -

So do we know how the campfires will work? Will they be on the map and can be used or are they crafted? I dont fancy carrying 10+ stones in a backpack to start building one only to see a server restart? -

Would be a nightmare and next to impossible you mean! Have you watched any videos with gathering of people on Dayz Mod / SA ? Its a clusterf*ck of communication :p - I do like the idea however!
