    I'm basically in the same situation, apart from not ever serving in the army. To the guys trying to recruit in this topic: sorry, questions like "Why do you think you deserve to be in the..." are not what, I dare to say 'we', are looking for. I've played with a friend for a while but he doesn't have that much patience/persistence that is needed for the harsh DayZ world. I'm 21, more of an ass-fan and I also try not to kill anyone. I always tried to avoid any possible player contact, really. I haven't played for some time now, though. Two questions: Do you play the standalone, or the Arma II Mod? I'd prefer the Mod as the standalone is still in the Alpha. What's your GMT? So that we know if we even are able to play together.
