I had a similar experiance with a deer a few patches ago. We shot it loads but nothing happend. We went to investigate it and realised we could skin it. So we started skinning it. I was also able to stand inside the deer. Unfortunately while i was standing in it and my mate finnished skinning it, i died. Apparently for no reason. We joked that he had skinned me and i was the first human pelt ( before cannibalism was implemented). So i logged out, and logged back in again, only to find i was still alive and about 100 meters away. Was very weird.

So me and two friends are in Novo, we try to help someone out but it doesnt quite go to plan.

Im running a GTX 970, 16gb ram and an I7 4790k. The game runs at about 70 - 80 fps in wilderness, but i get about 30 - 35 fps in cities. Unfortunately i record too which really lowers my fps, especially in cities. Its a pain in the arse. The latest patch seems to be worse for fps as well. -

Bandits are not a bad thing, neither is kos. Everyone playing kos playstyle is however a problem. I just wish people would play the game with a bit of thought behind what they do, its all i ask.

Actually you wouldn't if there is a 3 hour cycle that ALL servers connected to the main hive follow then everyone gets a fair chance of playing day and night. The game is experienced from both perspectives by everyone and people will not server hop for daylight. I believe this idea MUST happen. Seems wrong to experience only half the game.

Im sorry but your not helping the situation one bit. Upgrading his comp will help of course, that always helps. But are you seriously telling me that 16gb of ram, GTX 970 and a i7quad core 4790k needs to be upgraded? I get about 30 fps and less in cities. I play on normal. Its wrong. (I know theres a new renderer coming but thats not part of this argument). Think before speaking.

Might sound a little harsh but the reason you seem to die so much is because you have little awareness of other players. This is because you join servers with 1 - 5 people in them. Join a full one. Play with the fear of being seen. It will make you a better player.

Yes the buildings are the same. Maybe they will create more later on to replace them. But to call the towns samey is wrong. The towns look great (far better than those that already existed). They look lived in and once populated. Cherno and Elektro to me always looked too empty. Chernarus is now looking like a populated region. Which will hopefully lead to large zombie hordes later on.

Same things happened to me while the patch was still in experimental. Fire disappeared, and i gutted a deer but i didnt get anything out of it neither did the body disappear. I later gutted another deer and it worked fine. -
Black/brown cowboy hat Green check shirt Trousers/jeans of your choice, i usualy pick brown. Improvised backpack Chest holster/assault vest Then fill your pockets with whatever you want. My favourite gun is the AKM. My point here is there is no "best gear" pick what you like. Everything has pro's and cons. I roleplay to a certain extent so i like to look like a survivor. Running around looking like a soldier is what 95% of players do and it gets old really fast.

Theres not much i can add here, its pretty much all been covered. In terms of advertising though, i find the steam community to be very helpful in getting noticed. Its slow but constant. Reddit is good if you make it to the front page, if you dont you will be lucky to get 20 views. Dayz forums however, despite what you may think, is actualy the worst place to advertise videos. Iv been posting here for a year now and if i had stuck with only posting here i would not have got anywhere. People seem to skim through the topics but dont view the video that the topic is about. Maybe its because we only get the longterm members in this section so they have seen it all.
