I'd be fine with just the SVD :3 Hopefully they don't screw up the AK though. Something full auto that can actually hit targets over 400 meters is most welcome, BTW it's ridiculous how standing affects the bullet dispersion. Are you saying that I am?

I know, that's why I'm asking why everyone is so excited? Obviously you can't shoot over 20 meters accurately and I can just imagine how poor the damage will be. If they add a better damage system I might even use a bow, like if you shot someone he should first pull out the arrow before bandaging or something.

That's the only reason I'd imagine anyone using a bow.

Civilian buildings DO NOT spawn LR scopes, or at least I haven't found a single one ever, and I have played 230 hours. Someone must have dropped them.

OOOOH, so that's what it was all about when me and my friends found 7 long range scopes from 2 guys we shot... Edit: what about the new patch? They're gonna increase LRS spawns or fix the tent spawns?

As long as there are no binocs LRS should have a higher spawn rate IMO. No, dear stands don't spawn anything.

Too nooby for arma? LOL Also since there aren't any binocs in the game LRS is a very useful tool.

Yeah there totally should be a bunch of them in the North, just imagine how good of a base it would be B)

Binocs is the one thing I have been wanting since the release, how they're not in the game yet is beyond me. Also I wouldn't need a LRS if I had binocs, but until I do, I want to have a LRS with me at all times.

I didn't even think of that, farm houses and villages should most definitely have hunting rifles and shotguns. But finding shotguns and rifles from every other house is just absurd. BTW: Farm houses shouldn't spawn pistols but I think they should spawn revolvers. You have no idea how many villages I have looted just for a mosin without success. Damn SKS's everywhere!

I'm sure that at some point when gun spawning is lowered pistols will come a good option to use as a primary weapon, IF rifles will get harder to find.

If you know what houses don't spawn loot they won't affect your gameplay, and if you know how to play you won't let wall glitchers win you.
