    KOS Hysteria

The zombie plague is a very specific genera of horror story. And 'keeping it together' is a very real part of any good horror story. I strongly suggest "Herbert West - Reanimator" By H. P. Lovecraft as a great incite into the living dead and how it can screw with your sanity. My question is: Since KOS is a very real and traumatically tense situation ingame, shouldn't there be a real ingame consequence to KOSing every player you see? I can picture this manifesting as nervous twitches, hearing things, seeing things or even a permanent hand-shaking to all aiming attempts. Ooo! And talking to yourself like a man person. Fun, fun! :D

Airfield loot ruins this game. Please Read

I think the idea of body-armoured, military zombies at the hotspots as a great idea. Lots of them even... This would mean players would have to work together (!) to get stuff. "Ok, you run across that airfield and I'll grab as much stuff as I can while they're chasing you... We'll split the difference when we meet up." Is what you would say - To the other guy.

    [SA] Vehicle suggestions

Love the idea of bicycles! This would be the least complex way to get around in a post-apocalyptic environment; No fuel, little maintenance needed, and a carrier add-on would hall a lot of stuff around. ~Modern hobo, eat your heart out! Horses would be great too! I think 'Fallen Earth' did horses well, to give an example.

    Everybody poops.

Just to put this out there, I'm not into poop, and I do understand the kiddies might make a whole lot of fun of this. But - Scat tracking is a very viable way of finding prey. And as DayZ is going for an unprecedented level or realism, it just feels to me like a good fit. Finding rabid dog scat and hearing distant dogs barking would scare the hell out of me personally. Edit: A note on longevity. I know we are starving to death now after only a couple of hours of not eating (I guess we are not in good shape to start with). As for scat, I think it would be a rare thing to a starving person. Three meals to one time-sensitive, necessary emote is a good guess - Unless you eat bad food that is.
