ive been playing abit now and mainly play on day servers but i thought last night i would try a night server but when i went into the night server i swear i couldn't see shit even with the brightness turned right up and gamma watched a vid on youtube told me to turn clouds on so i did still cant see shit how on earth do people play on night servers not seing anything ? and the weirdest part of it all is over 70% of the servers are night ones :S

probly best for me to play on a hardcore server to learn to play at night so i dont get kos to quick with all my gear

Steam auto downloaded update verison :0.31.114343 All servers are older verisons and i keep getting rejected by the server when trying to join a server do i have to wait for the red x in next to the title to turn back to green before i can play ?

Steam auto downloaded this as update. and when i went ingame all the servers had little red x's to the left of the title sooo. Do i have to wait for the servers to reset so they download the verison i have ??

Hi Dayz pals Is it my understanding that in cherarus lived 80% female and the rest 20% males i only ask this as ever zombie thats brave enough to enter my space is female i understand theres only a few models atm but go in a big city and 4 of the 5 zombies i killed was female just wondered if everyone else was having this zombie gender issue

corsair 550w psu is a nice PSU its pretty cheap if you look around

Hi welcome to Dayz Looking at your specs id say it would work but you might have some issues with the onbroad graphic card but lowest settings should be fine to play with the game is a cpu hog and you have a nice one so it should do fine :)

Thank you for your interest in Dayz standalone Looking at the specs giving and looking and the minmal specs id say you would beable to play the game at lowest settings im currently on a simpler build and i can run at lowest settings The game is a CPU hog so if you planned in future to change anything a better cpu and graphic card would make it run all the smoother

I was just wondering ive tried to talk to a number of people using direct chat not sure if they dont know how to chat and im in range of them but for some reason i never see a reply but i asked someone to kill me as i started to walk without finding water so i ask them to KO me and they did so is there like a lock or something to stop people using text chat functions ?

ahh well £606 is my budget i was looking at building it myself but it worked out to be more than what the site i linked to you would charge me also they do all the leg work and bring it to me without me moving from dayz ill get the 6300 as i can get 8gb of ram the one you linked if you can find an intel build which would be the same budget as the amd build then ill switch but i cant find int being cheap

Day 1... I keeped running to i found a big city and 4 bandits choose to strip me down and leave me there for 30 mins then headshot me Day 2... finally found some gear and got killed by punches Day 3... Ran north after reading forum and fell of the edge of a building day 4... got pro and got killed day 5... respawn :rolleyes:

Sadly it must be clientside as i cant see the changes it still loads mine which is a shame also ive changed the graphic card to a HD 7850 its the best i can get within my budget of £600 but the graphic card is msi im not sure what that is also would the change in harddrive make a big diffence as i will have to get the ram and harddrive at a later date The change to the cpu is the 6300 much different to the FX8320 as i keep hearing this game is a hog i was wondering if these settings would be enough to play at max if not ill just have to play at med

it will run smoothly might need to play at med settingss or you might get lucky and play without lag at high

It should work i see no reason why not but you may have to play on low settings but i may also be confused as to if its a pc or a laptop but if pc defo lappy lowest settings

Have you tried logging out and back in if this doesn't help im affard you will have to wait and die of starvation/hydration or if in luck a player will find you and im sure they will help you respawn

Not sure if this will help but try running as admin seems to help on most problems when loading a game hope this helps
