Best way to lose PLAYERS that are chasing you?

Today i was chased by 3 fully armed bandits who said that they will not hurt me. First they shot me and knocked me out, handcuffed me, took all my items and gave me blood to regain conscience. After that i was so pissed that i started attacking them with my fists and ofc they shot me. Can you escape by logging out of the game? -

One thing that i forgot 7) Training animals into your favor: Wouldn't it be great if you can capture a dog, then train him so he can be your fellow companion or to capture a bird, like hawk for example to do scouting for you and to warn you if there are zombies or humans -

Can you tell me step by step how to restore my blood with blood bags? I had a teammate that gave me his blood in the blood bag and he had the same blood type as me. After that i didnt know how to attach that blood bag to my body. Also i attached tube with needle in the end to that blood bag (i forgot the name of that item) Thank you.

That doesn't sound logic. I mean it should work both ways as long as you are not unconscious.
