GhostSlayer (DayZ)

I Would seriously love having a map like Namalsk but totally redesigned, having snowy ice capped mountains, just like the last spoiler picture as i would imagine it to be like, instead of a EMP Blast every so hours like it does so on the current Namalsk map, the redesigned Namalsk would have a Blizzard of snow coming threw like the EMP does, there also could even be underground caves , abandon camps , avalanches, dynamic maps ( if that is even possible) for example of the dynamic maps, when the Blizzard goes threw the trees start to shake heavily, the snow off the ground starts to blow everywhere, avalanches start to acurr , and the aftermath after the blizzard stops, there could possibly be uprooted trees and such on. i hope a map kinda like this would be implemented threw the Devs or Modders P.S Great post. This is probably a stupid thread, But i was just curious if Binoculars will be added into DayZ Standalone i totally understand that its a alpha and not all features are in the game yet, because i know me and many other people like scouting out places before entering them with Binoculars. and if they were being added it would be pretty cool to have various types of Binoculars for example: You find a Long Rage Mosion scope you could use that as a telescope by putting it into your hands and looking threw it, because it is a Zombie Apocalypse , not all survivors will have Binoculars, they could possibly implement different ways of using scopes or sights as Binoculars. P.S. This is probably a stupid post as many of you might think. but i just thought of some ideas for dayz that would make it more of a Apocalypse environment, Thanks :)

What i want to know is if they are going to add in the location marker like in Arma 2 DayZ Mod, if you don't know what im talking about i am referring to the "Shift + Click" method used to get around, i think a cool idea would to not make the pen idea so everybody can see it, it could be implemented like the Shift Click , so you could see how far or the distance your location you have marked is, because i'm not sure about you guys, but sometimes i get lost even though i have been playing the DayZ Mod and DayZ Alpha for quite sometime now, if they implemented this pen idea it would be pretty cool to make it as the new shift click marker. Edit; it also would be pretty cool with the pen idea , that you would be able to write notes on your map (that just so you can see, not globaly) The Pen idea i think is a pretty cool idea :)

Yeah, im really curious to know if they are coming or not, because at the moment i pretty much go into places without having a proper scout out of the area. witch gets frustrating when you meet up with Bandits at the same location and they just K.O.S, if we had binoculars that bandit they probably would have been noticeable if we had the chance to have a good look around.

I have had the exact same thing happen to me! i have no clue how to fix it :( its a really weird bug/glitch, the text that says : " I need a Drink" or " I feel hungry" has moved more inwards towards the inventory bars like 1,2,3,4,5 ect. i literally have no clue about it , it happened randomly everything else is working fine but this one bug/text glitch , its pretty weird hopefully it gets fixed if its fixable :blush:
