Another 3rd person abuser who is shooting unarmed people, get real and stop qqing for dying. It´s working as intended. The bag is a part of your player model.
I believe that logging out during a encounter was not intended by the developer. I suggest that we add a logout timer that exist in mmorpgs. When you press disconnect, you will be given the choice to wait 15 seconds for a proper logout. A player can move during those 15 seconds to cancel it. A player will still be allowed to look around during that time without canceling it. If a player leave without waiting 15 seconds or if a player get disconnected for another reason. His or her character will remain in the server for 15 seconds. The player will be still so that other players can continue to interact with the player. This will make people deal with other players the way it was intended. Players will try to find a safe place to logout. People are spending a lot of time running in the standalone, I don´t see a problem for them to wait a while. So that the bandits and their victims can experience another layer of the game. The so called 'roleplaying' .
Would be a nice addition in my opinion. The animals should be more dangerous than the average zombie. It could encourage people to travel together when leaving the shore. Especially if there would be mutated bears that takes a more than a couple of bullets to kill. A bigger threat is needed to make people work together.
