Indeed. Myself also running a BE 955 & HD6970 on 16GB 1600 mem - all overclocked and watercooled - and i STILL only get around 20-28 fps in and around large cities (Electro, Cherno, Svetlo)

There is quite a list of really GOOD reasons why you just got killed. Including, but not limited to: You were in a high-value loot area.You had a gun.You were too visible and making no effort to move about concealed.You did not properly scout the environment before moving in.You were on the coast for longer than the 5 seconds it takes to disappear over a hill towards the inland. Basically it all comes down to one thing. You were stupid enough to not take precautions with your character's life that would ensure his survival. The cost of your carelessness, sadly, is the same every single time... Death. And yet you people NEVER learn...

As a fulltime airfield sniper, I must admit that 5-15 players is the sweetspot for me. Enough to not be empty. But not so much that people avoid the airfields altogether. On a full server, people get so paranoid about the airfields that I literally 99% never see anyone. Quite a few times now, I've been on an Airfield with 10 players in server - and personally wiped out 5 of them right on the damn airfield within 30 minutes! I am falling more and more in love with medium-pop servers....

Indeed good man. I have become more and more impressed with a tricked-out M4 over the last week or two. Spend some time, make the effort - and handling it becomes quite accurate and powerful. Also: spray and pray gets you nowhere regardless of parts. L2burstfire.

Coasts and airfields = death. No discussion, no reasons required. That's just how it is. Youre more likely to find "friendlies" outside of military loot zones, but Airfields and coastlines are open season.

I kill on average 1 person per 2 hours ingame. Some highs, some lows. Get killed AT LEAST once per week. Helluva lot more on 3pp servers, coz I usually just go all run&gun for stress release over there. Said it before. I am not that good. You would actually laugh your ass off at some of the stupid shit I do in the name of RP'ing. But when it comes to killing other characters, I take it very seriously. I am VERY patient. Makes it just so rewarding. AK-discussion: not gonna have it. Not with you. Not with anyone. I will simply end with: 7.62 > 5.56.

The train tracks run an almost complete circle around the map. Starting at Lopatino, it cuts the north border and all along the east coast. On the south coast it skirts through cherno and electro, balota, and eventually out of the western side of the map. Follow those tracks and you will find stations.

Speaking as "that guy"... You don't have to "eat shit". I would however recommend a rigorous training regime focussed mainly on stamina and endurace. Just remember, you don't have to outrun the lion; You only have to outrun somebody else... and trip them... edit-in-afterwards: Seriously, they should add that feature - tripping someone... If I had to see that unfold through my scope, I would be laughing too damn hard to actually pull the trigger a second time.

You dont. Not allowed, not yet anyway. Maybe in future, maybe never. You pay an approved server hosting provider for their services. EDIT-in: ALSO - there is no such thing as "private" at this point. If you lock it, or kick people, you can get your server closed down.

The one's that DONT have customized names. Typically the name would include region, a number code, the server provider... i think thats about it. All these "WTF WERE SO AWESOME GAMING CLAN SERVER" one's... yeah, I avoid those.

Don't be dissing on the M4 all that much. Used properly it is pretty dang effective, even at range. Many times now, I have gone days without an LRS, but somehow manage to find pristine ACOG's like theyre cigarette butts... Just earlier this week ( i think monday) I managed some pretty darn good "M4 sniping" on NEAF. Not too hard once you learn about semi-auto fire selector... And if theyre not wearing ballistic helmet, a single headshot puts em down! Here's a hint --> Get an ACOG and zero the M4 to 100m and LEAVE IT THERE FOREVER. The vertical breakers along the scope is 1 for each 100m. Heck, 2 of em are even marked "4" and "6"! VERY effective in good hands. (also, doesnt hurt to use all Magpul parts...). Bipod + prone for over 200m is a pretty good idea too.

Devs confirmed bug, will be fixed. Wouldn't expect a high priority fix, as the workaround is simple. Do not open a packet of ammo, or empty a clip, into your inventory if other ammo of the same type is laying around loose in your inventory.

Main reason that LRS is super-rare right now, is that their primary spawn spot (tents) are bugged. Although they already confirmed as bug/glitch, and WILL be fixed, it is not a high priority fix right now. My guess is that theyre pumping resources into the whole loot/zombie respawn business (as well as related things like persistent storage etc)

Nope. Once got shot unconscious, got up to go make coffee and sammich - ended up having a shower too - came back like 20 minutes later and I was back up again.
