I don't think this, but i do think that you should be-able to collect little Needles with like 15% of blood in them, that would atleast give you some vision back and you'll beable to give it yourself. Giving yourself a blood-bag is basically lone wolf survival

If i spawn on the coast, i always run with the Ocean on my Left side, this will most likely head to Cherno, Elektro, Balota, firstly, if i can i loot Elektro, if i spawn in Cherno, i take a quick run to Elektro and then back down to run to balota, but thats only sometimes, i do advise you to go straight to the airfield, but i don't think it's a good idea. -

Try Re-download the game, maybe whilst re-downloading, updating you missed a crucial bit of data, try that.

Yea, i've found some RP servers, But PVE/RP, just filter RP in the filter box and set the ping to 900 (Might be laggy, but i generally don't find it laggy.)

Are you sure you've enabled the MIC? make sure it's working in steam and to speak they'll be a little mic icon, for me you have to press Caps lock to get the mic icon on to talk to people. -
