Depending on what sight you have, you have to double right click. On M4A1 Only certain iron sights like acog sight and stuff can only be viewed zoomed right in.

If it says your sick you'll have to take Charcoal Tablets, if vision is blurred, you'd probably need a Saline Bag, but i don't know, you didn't provide much infomation

Maybe it's your internet connection, meanwhile my internet is quite low, i never get FPS drops, and i run the game on max settings. Try lowering some settings

How long does it take to run from one edge to the map to the other?

I ran from NWAF :(Top) to Cherno and it took 34minutes. I'd say at-least 40minutes.
