Change the names on both of the characters, you can do this soon as you load up DayZ you will see your name in the bottom right corner click on it and change it on both to not the same, see if that works..

I think you should continuing playing and stop complaining, if it was an hacker who killed you, i'm sorry about that, and by the way i'm pretty sure they are adding an Anti-Hack detector in the game soon. -
