    Sure, you managed to miss the point. The point is literally no one spends 5 hours acquiring gear only to beeline for Balota for "hot action". There is no hot action in this game unless you totally don't give one single damn about those 5 hours of gearing up. Hot action is for those who don't give a damn about the actual content of this game, suspense and fear. Hot action is symptomatic of server hopping 12yr olds whose ultimate fantasy is to gear up asap and shoot it out with others at a hotspot.

    What a load.Yeah I'm 100% sure you spent 10 hours getting the best gear the right way only to be shot at Balota to start over. More like you server-hopped your gear in 15 mins.

    That kind of attitude is why DayZ Standalone's community sucks donkey balls right now. So you shoot bambis and bitch about being stabbed in the back by one of them ? What should they do ? Give you a medal for killing their friends for lulz ? Trust is an issue ? Why not be cool and tell them to back off instead of shooting them and get the hell out of there so they get their share of loot as well ? Guess you need to go back to CoD for the better of this game.

    When I spawn at Krutoy Cap... there's a lot of swearing. Going NE is just lame Simple stop to server-hopping would put a stop to that kind of attitude. Those fcks know nothing better than to server-hop until milgeared and then make everyone's life a misery.

    Not sure what most of you are talking about. Freedom of playstyle is one thing, being a dick quite another. I would like to see those KoSers pretty well fckd up as they take the fast, lame route to a dubious success. Without a doubt, 90% of south-coast KoSers are server hoppers who got all their gear by jumping through 500 servers within 3 minutes from spawning. That kind of "playstyle" makes me sick personally. Server hopping idiotic campers should die for the best of this game. I say lock chars to a chosen server and only allow change of server after x amount of time on a pretty long logout timeout.

    I lasted for like 16 hours and then suddenly one day I logged in and bang... all gone. Had all the gear, stealth-avoided multiple shootouts with other players, but no, all that effort went outta window.

    I have yet to be restrained but I wholeheartedly agree the community I've experienced so far is largely comprised of immature 14-yr olds that KoS and handcuff everyone with 0 consideration for helping others. Guess it's part of what this alpha is all about and I hope to increase the incentive to play it cool is part of devs' plan. I'm not impressed by what most players bring to the game and if I can avoid interaction with others for now, I will. Killing a restrained guy (unless it's a bandit) is immature idiocy and I seriously hope some kind of karma system finds its way into the game so as to put these idiots in their correct place.
