Great idea! Could go even further with wild berries, plants, and mushrooms. Some may poisoning you so finding a plants survival guide would be necessary to not get sick and or die from eating the wrong plant or mushroom. Definitely should be added along with cooking and hunting.

I'm very new, although am quite experienced for only playing a week or so, been alive for 3 days or so and geared up well...I love the realism in the mechanics, like having to put down my M4A1 to use anything else in my hands, and I absolutely love knowing that someone could be watching at ANY time form ANY direction. Thats what makes this game so amazing...the realism and immersion. It really is soooo easy to avoid snipers. Don't run on main roads or across open fields. Stay low and stick to cover. Bushes, trees, cars, buildings, signs, anything that can cover you. Like someone already stated. You should always act like someone is after you. This games has got so much potential, I cant wait to get vehicles and more weapons and zombies. If we start restricting ANYTHING, it will only take away from what makes this game so damn special!

Love the low end in the footsteps! Can't wait until modding is available. Things like this really add to the immersion and I'm all for it!

Im new to Dayz, about a week of play total so far and I have to say I think the KOS are a necessary part of the game and I love knowing that they could be about at any time. People are the real enemy, not zombies, they're just stupid. The map is HUGE! just avoid people if you dont want to be seen, it's really easy if you are aware or your surroundings and don't just sprint around everywhere. I dont understand why anyone would hate people KOS, the game would be boring otherwise. This is the game I have been waiting for. I will probably never touch my PS4 again, lol!.... or until DayZ gets released for it anyways.

I hope vehicles are pretty rare, and maybe require parts before they are functional.. Hunting down gas, or finding the same car type and using its parts to fix yours. Different levels of a working car would be nice. If its not fully "fixed" then it may stall all the time or just chug along slowly. I dunno, just some ideas. I would almost rather the map be slightly smaller and no vehicles or maybe only one or two on the whole map that are tuff to find. ..."map be smaller"?! what am I saying?...make it bigger!!! lol!
