You can carry 2 primary weapons. At the cost of not being able to sprint, or use your hands without putting the weapon thats in your hands down first. Have your weapon on your back (hands free) then look at the 2nd weapon you want to pick up, and press "F" when it says "take M4 into hands" Or you can stand near it and open your inventory. When it shows up in the vicinity window, Right Click it and choose "take M4 into hands. If reading isn't your thing, here's a video.

Thats a great idea man! Simple yet effective! I fully support this! Keep it on the hardcore servers, let those "regular"players do whatever they want. As far as Im concerned the people that play on regular servers aren't getting the full DayZ experience.

Glitch 2 has happened to me a few times. It really freaks people out when the person they just murdered gets up and walks away. lol!

Locked Cabinets, Gun Safes, And Drawers...hidden Key To Open...lock-Picking?

Title says it all!...almost. Every so often, you may come across a locked safe, cabinet, or drawer that needs a key to open. If you have a crowbar, then the drawer, or wooden cabinet would be easily forced open, but to open the safe a key or combo is mandatory. Unless you find an extremely rare safe cracking kit. The keys would be quite hard to find, needing to spend time in one place is more likely gonna get you spotted. They might be under a bed or in a bowl on a table that's hard to notice right away. It could also be on a nearby zombie that's roaming the same town. Maybe even certain houses are locked that have extra goodies in them and lock-picking could be implemented. I could see a bad ass lock picking system in DayZ. Maybe you can pick locks with bobby pins, but they are harder and take longer and very hard to spot. Or you could find a lock-picking kit to pick any lock, but these kits will be extremely rare. What do you think? -

Server hopping is fucking dumb! This game is about patience. Just stay in a server and when it reset's go to places you know have good loot. Some servers reset every hour for christ sake. Finding loot is easy atm. You people are gonna have such a hard time once improvised weapons and bows and arrows come. Military loot will be "extremely rare" I just laugh at all of you that are dependent on SH to get geared. Lol!

I wish they could somehow ban any outside communication now that the walkies work so well. You have a horrible outlook on things. They work better than TP or Skype IMO. You have 6 friends all talking and you want to plan something with one of them, you two just switch channels for a min while you hash it out. When done switch back! I fully support this as the only way to talk to someone else long range. This game is all about realism and authenticity, and there is nothing real or authentic about TS or Skype. I know the majority will disagree with this idea, but id could give a shit, bring on the hate!

Don't think it should be removed, just the headbob should be increased during the zoom when running. IRL it is quite hard to focus on something while sprinting. -

Don't remove it? Just make the jump default to "V" and the slow step over to "Ctrl+V" Make them separate and you get the best of both sides!

This is the problem or part of it that delayed the last patch I think. I have had this happen often myself since then. Seems like the items on a dead body are sometimes permanently tied to the body for some reason. If I take an item off a body it stays visible on the body and on me as well, then if someone else tries to take the same item it will disappear off me and then be both on the body and that person as well. For some reason when someone dies, items are in a limbo state between the looter and the body. You can take items as long as someone else doesn't take the same item that you took, otherwise it will disappear off of you. Just make sure you hide the body after you take what you want.

Flawed?..ok? The animation would be fast of course. It would be the same speed as getting out of prone is now. It would just be an altered version that shows the player grabbing the pack and throwing it over your shoulder as he's standing up. By the time you are standing up strait, the backpack will be already on your back. So I'm sorry if you disliked my suggestion, as for traveling without a backpack being "simply easier" that's one, your opinion and though it may be a valid play style, it's also one that less than 5% of all players partake in. and two, it's not easier to play like vet that doesn't even make sense? Playing without a backpack is like hard mode, only having your pockets is a pain in the ass, unless your RP'ing IMO. Or just looking for more of a challenge. Or if you just wanna look bad ass with that chest holster and a mosin hangin from it! :) -

It wouldn't be still on you, it just would still be tied to you so if there is a server reset, you don't loose you shit. You would still have to pick it back up and put it on and you would not beable to access it either. Having one strap attached to you would only be to stop you from losing it upon a server reset, which you have no way of knowing if it will happen. Server resetting is kinda unfair in a way to snipers that like to lay down for extended periods of time with there backpack off. Thats why I want this idea. -

Let me sneak up behind you and punch you in the head, and when I robbing all your shit while your unconscious for 20 secs you can tell me fresh spawns are not a threat. Until they nerf your fists from knocking someone out from one or two punches to the head, then I will feel safe around an unarmed player.
