I just wish people would hit "Caps Lock" more. You can use both at once, it's just no one does. It's just like the gamma exploit. Some people want to play at night legitimately but they dont want to be seen by gamma exploiters, so they turn up the gamma themselves to be at a level playing field. With chat people dont want to be loud and be heard talking so they use TS all the time. If we could use TS for people not in gameonly and "Caps" for in game then it would be fine, but C'mon in game sounds like shit compared to TS, so I can easily see why no one does. So I guess your right, it just may be a lost cause, just like SH, and CL.

This whole post is me trying to explain to people that hate TP why people want in game mechanics to be the only way to communicate, and to the people that don't want it why it IS necessary to play with a group and how currently there is no way to spawn, locate, and communicate with multiple players. without TS

I agree with you!!! Did you read my post? Im just seeing it from both sides. I myself hate TP in DayZ, but I completely understand that the way the game mechanics currently are, TP IS necessary.

Yes this topic has been done to death, but instead of just complain and look at it one sided, I was trying to lay it out in a way that shows people that are so against TP that the game currently doesn't support group communication without using some form of outside communication first. You do know the response you just gave me is as redundant as the point you were tying to make.

Did you guys read my post? I agree with you both. Im looking at it from both side and trying explain why both side are right, but the way the game mechanics are TP is the only way to communicate with your friends. Using some kind of outside communication first is the only way to use the walkie talkies.

Touche my friend! I normally do have one, but I was experimenting with using the small improvised bikpik and just didn't have one atm. I usually carry morphine over the 3 slot tall splint.

Yes! Now that getting shot in the leg will cause it to brake, it is crucial that we can harvest sticks from tress. This is a must have improvement! Maybe pruning shears could be an item to use....but honestly you should be able to break off some sticks with your hands.

So, all day yesterday I was unable to play due to the increasing lag that finally caused the game to crash. Tried today, same thing. Then I tried a second time today and check my inventory for any weird or missing textures, and sure enough I found my black MP hand guard was missing textures and looked off. I removed it and everything was fine after that. I later found a green MP butt stock and I inspected it and it was fine. Played for awhile before switching servers and when I got in the other server I noticed my MP butt stock is flickering. So I inspected it and it was definitely screwed up and I was starting to loose frames by the sec. Dropped that MP butt stock and like magic the farther I got from it the better my fps got. SO it has to be some kind of item glitch? I just don't know, because I've read that people still experience this with a fresh spawn, and with no attachments or items that have issues with there textures.

Just be aware of it and stop farther away from the door, it works surprisingly well!

Same for me. DayZ is pretty much unplayable for me :( But I encountered no rain any of the times I tried to play.

Anyone else having severe fps drops that are new to this last update? No matter what settings I have it to, I get 5 to 17 fps. I even put it on the lowest possible which normally gives me 40 to 60 fps But no matter what I do it basically unplayable for me :( I am forced to wait for another update which is really shitty since I've been playing daily and wasn't planning on stopping.

Sorry I should have added that. 1st stage = Rope and Burlap sack = 12 slot 3 x 4 2nd stage = Add sticks to existing 12 slot to make it 20 slots = 4x5.

I would like to see a toggle attachment key binding myself. So whatever attachment you have that require to be turned on, then that key would take car of it. The scroll wheel idea makes sense as well/

Whats the point of a sidearm in dayz when it takes a year to pull it out. Dean needs to make it so the chest holder will allow you to pull out whatever pistol you have in it, immediately after you run out of mags. I stopped carrying a pistol, one weapon for me!
