    We have receive multiple reports of bandits attacking survivors near the city of Chernogorsk. The Union is currently determining which methods are best to combat those threats. If you see any one dress like below, please stay away from them and contact the Union about they whereabouts through the multiple agents we have place near Chernogorsk Our agents will look like this

    Hello, this is Commander Lee with a urgent message to all survivors that are near the coastline. One of our spy that we planted in Chernarus Quarantine Force had intercepted this message from their top officers. Our top decoder was able to decode the whole thing, the message states how many survivors they have capture and how many more they need. So far, we still have no idea why they are capturing survivors and where they are taking them too. We have multiple agents in the area to investigated. Please refrain from accepting helps from people proclaiming to be CQF as they will pretend to be friendly. Be Safe Commander Lee
