It would be great to see certain clothing/gear/uniforms spawn in appropriate buildings later down the line. Just like they do for military camps at the moment. I'm gonna list some things which are already in DayZ and put what seems appropriate as their spawn location, as well as suggesting additional loot! :) For e.g:
Hospital:
Doctors coat
Infection mask/Surgeon's mask
Scrubs
Latex gloves
Medical Kits and all Medical supplies
Fire extinguisher
Alcohol tincture
Disinfectant
Fire Station:
Firefighter Axe(never found one of these in a fire station which is a bit weird)
Firefighter Helmet
Firefighter protective coat
Firefighter protective trousers
Firefighter protective gloves
Gas mask
Respirator
Insulated foil blanket
Standard medical kit
Prison/Police station:
Police cap/hat
Police shirt
Prisoner's jumpsuit
Handcuffs & keys
Chest holster
FNX
Donuts (lol)
Magnum
Black tactical vest

Barracks/Miltary tents:
Military clothing (what we see now)
