How to reset a character without connecting to a server ?

Hi, I am experiencing a bug with my character, I cant connect to any servers, so I need to reset my character without connecting, any idea ? ? -

Same problem... It's account wide, my wife can play on her computer but not with my account, how can we reset character ?
