zombies are not really feared in this game, which is one of the reasons why players are mostly just shooting each other. if zombies were harder then players would have to team up and work with others, currently as soon as you have anything better than an axe zombies are just an afterthought in the game. I also want to see more interesting zombie combat, the ongoing theme with zombies is you can blow an arm or a leg off a Z and it will still keep coming. an arm shot will make them less deadly, a leg shot will slow them down or blow both off to really slow them down but to kill them you need a good head shot. bottom line, zombies that are tough, fun to fight and I want to be able to blow body parts off. Is that too much to ask!?

that django scene is a classic, has a hint of Mal Brooks I recon. yes it would be cool to be able to use a knife and cut holes in a sack to make a mask.

there are also d'bags that will log out, go to a different server and move to a better position then change servers back again, crazy what some a'holes will do. -
it happens, its alpha. don't get attached to your stuff. prob a problem connecting to the central hive happened to me a few times. once when I logged in later I had all my gear again.

I think its realistic, and if you don't like it you can stick to the 25 slot pack or the 30 slot hunters pack.

have to admit in an apoc situation once I had a defend able plot setup a few pot plants here and there would be a priority. Actually I wonder if a few seeds maybe a good idea for a "shit hits the fan bag" in case the world rolls snake eyes on me.

really like the SKS, actually almost got one IRL last weekend! I have a feeling it will become my go to gin in SA once its in.

in game its my understanding that it takes 3 punches to the head to OK someone who is full blood & no head protection. less than that and its likely the target was already weak from blood loss. -

people who die from one punch its usually because they hit their head badly when they land. the punch knocks them out then they fall, the body hits the ground it creates a whip like action accelerating the head, the head hits the ground, concrete or a solid object and its game over, that hit may cause a bleed inside the skull maybe create pressure on or restrict blood flow to important areas of the brain. it happens often, people die on the street from a single punch, its usually not the punch but the head hitting the ground that kills. -
would hope its added at some point but hey it is alpha. one of my PC's I have 2xHD7850's in crossfire, IMO these are still awesome cards, only need 1x6pin power connector and they overclock well when I run off one card I get ok frame rates still a bit choppy, its still choppy on my more powerful nvidia system and the gup runs between 70% & 90% load when I run in crossfire using the arma profile the framerates stay about the same and the GPU's only go to ~35% load kinda strange how it works.

well i have a good story, kinda depending on the situation I always try and make contact friendly. I have no interest in running around killing people I mostly enjoy working with others and avoiding bandits or killing obvious bandits. Im running solo and fully kitted, i have two pistols, an M4 on my back and carrying a Mosin in my hands, lots of amo and other stuff. I run into 2 fresh spawns that seem fairly new, we chat and I run with them and try and help find backpacks and axes to get started, had very little luck where we were and decide to run north to next town. I take them to a well to fill up, one has voice chat and clearly sounds friendly so I decide to trust him. the other does not have chat so I keep my eye on him. along the way we come to an intersection. Then another fresh spawn runs towards me calling "friendly" I stand down, then she got close out come the fists and 2 hits to the head and I'm out! A couple minutes later I come around and my two companions are there standing over the now dead rushing bandit. I am just missing my vest and a pistol, my mosin is on the ground, the guy says he got the vest and pistol off the bandit so she must have taken it off me just before she got KO'd by baseball bat. So I get all my gear back, sweat. Obviously very trustworthy I give my Mosin to the one with voice and I tell the other I will give him a pistol and amo when we find him a backpack. was pretty cool, but soon after the server crashed a couple of times and we lost contact. stuff like that is why I play the game, really don't understand people who KOS everything. -

pretty cool, i heard in the game files there is evidence of a backpack that can be made from a sack and a rope. just need to add horses and you could start a clan mob like the one in django >.< tht scene was hilarious. -
PTRD basically been replaced by the RPG? maybe the game needs a few of those lying around? :)

I'd think they should put multiple options in for the amo types there are in game. .45 ACP we could have the kris? 7.62x54r we could have the dragunov, please, PLEASE! .357 some cool options here maybe a lever action rifle 5.56 lots of options, maybe an AUG or Tavor I think if you start throwing logs of guns into the game and each has different amo its going to get tricky. Would be interesting to know if the devs have a number in mind for the different weapons they want in game. I think my all time dream rifle for the zombie apoc would be the scar 17 h i think its close to the perfect rifle and looks totally bad arse. I would spartan kick rambo into the horde for that rifle

no skill system the game is complex and should be more so. The skill is understanding how things work and using them effectively in the game. Like healing, its dependent on having the right tools and knowing how to use them in what situation/condition, understanding the medical/health system. Its not about buying a skill or ticking a box. IMO a skill tree or system has no place in this game.
