Yes you will. It's best to buy it now also, as the game may raise in price when it's fully released, similar to what happened with Minecraft. (That's not definite though, I haven't seen any devs say it but it's still a possibility.)

Bolt action sniper rifles, assault rifles such as the Scar-H, M16A4 etc. would all be cool.

1. Yes, it changes. The map is very large and so you can be lucky or unlucky in finding other players. 2. I'm not sure if food/water actually gives you blood in the standalone, but if it does then you might just have to eat/drink a lot more to see a noticeable difference. 3. Simply: by running - or if you don't have any decent gear or you have gear that you don't mind losing, let a zombie kill you or jump off a high point to possibly get a better spawn.

I managed to run Arma 2 DayZ MOD perfectly fine, and I am happy with my performance on DayZ Standalone too. The Athlon X2 270 was my previous processor. I now have the Bulldozer FX-6100 and saw around 10-20 FPS improvement. :)

Yeah, I agree completely. Balota is very popular now, but that's because the majority people spawn on the coast and so it's a fast way to get decent gear.

I'm pretty sure you can load the bullets straight in, not sure if it fits in the chest holster but I presume it can, if it can't it will be able to at some point in the near future probably.
