Was fine on the mod and the SA map will be getting bigger anyway. I find driving in a car usually leads to death anyway as they make a lot of sound!! -

If you can find alcohol tincture and clean your wounds I think it will go away. Worked for me when my guy was complaining!! -
I had this. The only thing that fixed it was my friend giving me a saline bag. Waited about 10 hours for it to go away before resorting to the saline!!

It wasn't maintenance. The no message received thing is the server restarting, which they all have to in order to spawn more loot etc. it's just a bug at the moment with the alpha. Nothing you can do about it really. If this sort of thing annoys you a lot I'd hold off playing for a few months until the game is a little more stable. -
I think Utes is actually already on there they just took it out for release as they wanted a stable and basic version of the game. In one of the devblogs rocket showed it on the map :) also at the moment there wouldn't be any way of getting over there because you'd probably get sick swimming there!!

Read up on settings optimisation for ArmA 2 if you haven't done before. There are certain things that can help your frames a lot. For example video memory should always be set to auto/default otherwise it will cap the amount used. There are a few more but I wouldn't be able to tell you without reading up on it! Hope this helps!! -

I've found lots of magnum ammo (it's the .375 stuff right?). Ditched it all though because I didn't have the magnum!!

Download DayZ commander and use that to update/run the game...makes life easier! You heard about the standalone game? One was released just before Xmas in Alpha state? Lots of bugs and glitches but these will be ironed out in time! -
