I've seen people in videos running full speed, and bent over forward crouching at the same time. How do they do this?

Does the bipod work when in a crouched/standing position as well?

Wondering if it helps with accuracy regardless of player's position. -
My very first game, I remember spawning in an area very close to a bunch of military tents and sandbags, like a makeshift command center. I don't remember it very well since everything was new, but I have never seen this location since in over 300 hours of play. Does anyone know what area this was?

I was shot by a mosin and managed to get away and bandage. Am I now at low health? I ate a can of tuna and drank a sip of water. Does my health regenerate over time and I should stay put for awhile? Or does it regenerate only through eating and I should eat and drink a lot more?

When I am turbo running in 3PP and press and hold the alt key to look around, my running slows down significantly. I have watched people on streams and this doesn't happen for them. What do I need to unbind so my speed won't change from hitting alt? Thanks.

The change in speed is pretty much the same as going from turbo speed (holding down tab), to just regular running speed. It is almost like the alt button cancels out the turbo. -

I'm definitely not hitting space since it happens every single time. Only keys I'm hitting are W, tab to sprint, and then alt at the same time. -
I bought a microphone, and I can hear my voice come out of the speakers when I talk into it, but I'm not sure if players can hear me. I tried using fraps to record a video, and talked into the microphone with the push to talk engaged, however I couldn't hear my voice on the video. Does that mean it isnt working? And does anyone know why it wouldnt be?

Thanks for replying. Below is how my recording tab looks. Could the line in be affecting it? That is my Logitech Z5500 Speaker output, however I also have my speakers connected by optical spdif so don't need both. I think I actually have the option of plugging my microphone directly into the Logitech system so maybe I can try that. I tried Skype and it worked just fine.

Why does it matter if it says ruined? Doesn't it function the same way still?

1. What is that 100/200 number that sits in the upper right corner? 2. Can I use saline or blood bags on myself, or do they have to be administered by other people? 3. Can players hear all of the noise I make when I'm breathing and walking just like I can? 4. I I have not been injured, does my blood level drop if I am hungry/thirsty? 5. Will small blades of grass like below interrupt my shot or will the bullet move clear of them? I.e., do I have to have a completely unobstructed line of sight? Thanks a lot.

Yeah that was my question. Do I need to constantly eat and drink? Or is it okay if I wait until I get the message? Basically, do I have less health 15 minutes after drinking water than I did immediately after I drank it?

I see a lot of people on streams can easily switch to 3PP, especially 3PP with the side views. What config do you guys suggest for replacing the Enter + Num default so I can easily look all around me in 3PP while running? I have a Logitech G105 KB and a G700s Mouse. Thanks.

I have 300 hours played and have never seen an M4 sight, although I have found them on other players. And I have been in the military bases hundreds of times. Where do these things spawn?

Do they offer you additional protection or do I not even need them and they're just for looks?

I'm getting a lot of conflicting info. Some say you run faster with shoes, someone said you will start bleeding without them, (which I don't believe). Does anyone actually know whether there is a benefit at all to wearing shoes?

If you enjoy getting shot in the head from three feet away by me while you run down the road right into my M4 like I just did to this one dude, then please join my server. His flashlight made it much easier to see him.

Saying to just use the torch is stupid. How can you fight a zombie if you can't melee and hold the torch at the same time and it is pitch black dark? How do you run from one town to the next if you can't run while holding a torch? Saying "that's how real life works" or something else doesn't solve the problem that the game is mostly unplayable when it is pitch dark, and 95% of the players don't like it. That's why night servers never have more than 5 people on them and 4 of them are server hopping. People do not enjoy not being able to see a thing and people won't play like that for long.

Dragging it doesn't work, and I have an open slot available for it after removing the carryhandle. Do I have to have some type of special attachment?
