Can I run DayZ and What Can I do to make it run smoother?

Hi I recently got a gaming Pc of some sort, And I don't know if it could handle DayZ, i know the Gfx card is crap and I would like to know any good ones that can run dayZ fine Here are the specs: Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 215 Processor 2.70GHz Installed Memory (RAM): 4.00 (3.75 usable) System type: 64-bit Operating System Can you Please Help me, I badly want to play DayZ.
