Yeah, most streamers right now are boring ****ers that just post about PVP in Elektro, alone or with their (suspiciously) super geared team. -

No, you don't. If you get lost in the woods, go south, you'll eventually find a road, or the sea, if you follow whatever you find, you'll find a town, and there you go, you are perfectly localized. You can even find roadsigns to a city you do know. For me it was really easy. Maybe knowing Russian has helped me a bit with the road signs.

I think that Chernarus+ is way too little to need an always accessible map. Chernarus+ is a very little map and very easy to run around. After 10+ hours of gameplay you should always know your way around the entire zone, as there's even roadsigns. Imagine if the RV engine could use the Just Cause 2 map and we all would have to walk around that map untill we got badly implemented vehicles. Then I would agree with having an always accessible map.

I don't know if DICE is to blame about BF4. It was EA who was way too greedy and impatient to get paid, and made DICE speed up development. I don't really think DICE, the developer, is to blame, I think it was the publisher's (EA) fault.

Nice video, good guy hacker is actually helping making the game more fun to play giving guns and encouraging PVP as there's nothing else to do in the game right now. He saved you from a long boring walk, if you've been playing this game for 200+ hours.

Stop licking DayZ's *****. Yes, it's a great game and fun while it lasts, but some things will never be fixed just because of the engine. Face it, it's shit. They would be off better using the Arma 3 engine. All I see on these forums is people defending the game like if Dean Hall paid their entire family's dinner, since it was lauched. It's fun, I know, I've playing for nearly 200 hours, but it's glitchy, unrealistic and exploitable fun. And some of that stuff will never be fixed because of the engine, you're all doomed. You will always be able to see through walls, and some of the other game breaking glitches. After the eating and getting a gun, right now, DayZ is just a generic shooter with more choice, movement freedom, and long walks. And that is not just because of the engine, it's also because of how people think when playing, adding more content will do nothing about it.

The problem is that the amount and quality of gear out of towns/military bases/airfields is pathetic and worthless to even look at, compared of what's in towns and military places. I hope that's just an Alpha thing. And you can't really say the cities are the most dangerous places to go in a zombies apocalypse, they are, but not in DayZ, since you can choose the amount of people of the server you're in, and then go in a full server and kill people. That can't be fixed. And in this game, you don't gear up to face a danger or survive, because there's none! You gear up so you can kill as many people as you can before dying to some glitch. That's where DayZ is going. People enjoy ruining other people's hard work for gear in a game, because there has to be something satisfying after running and running lots of hours to easily get guns and ammo, hell even I've enjoyed it.

But come on, Solnichny and Berezino are the shittiest spawns ever. There's nothing interesting about those places. It's always running the same goddamn roads, the same goddamn ways. THERE'S NOTHING LEFT TO EXPLORE. The game in it's current state is only PVP, there little to nothing of survival, and need of teamwork. It's all about getting the best gear as fast as you can and go kill and be killed just to start over. You stop enjoying the game's beauty after 100 hours of gameplay, I'm about to reach 200 hours.

The silencer is being held or attached by nothing to the gun, it looks like if it's been glued to it.

I agree I hate Elektro camper-sniping motherloving commie videos. The problem is, that Elektro is established as one of the "big cities" with more loot that have been there since the beggining of DayZ, so everyone goes there, it's the place some go when they start to get supplies to travel and it's place people go kill and die after they're fully geared up, not much to do in the game for the moment. It's the place everyone knows. It's difficult to PVP actively in another part of the map when most of the community is established in Elektro, so it isn't his fault.
