I found one and decided to test it on zombie. After slashing the zombie five times, I switched to my axe. Does anybody know how effective it is on human beings in terms of knocking them out, or killing them?

I mean, the game obviously has some animation fluidity problems currently, but that can be altered with time. That's one thing. But having a Combat knife wasting two inventory slots that is better off used for opening cans (can It even do that!?) is ridiculous. Edit: I will assume it will be subjected to change.

Sometimes I help people. I'll give them food, water, directions, save them from zombies, or even other players. But..this guy...I came across him running to Belota from the east. He was completely unarmed. I stopped him and asked him if he needed anything. Apparently he needed a drink and I was more than happy to give him a soda. He took the soda, thanked me, and hurriedly began his trek to the airstrip. I looked back and he was standing completely still..I couldn't help myself. I shot him in the head. I went over his body and said "Welcome to DayZ motherfucker" and emptied another round into his skull. Upon looting his body, all I found was the soda that I had given him. I am still not sorry.

Coming from the mod...I DO agree that it should tell you where you spawn as opposed to NOT doing that. But I do not think it would be good to have people being able to spawn together.

As a player who shoots players for fun and for self defense frequently, I will say that these methods DO work. Plus you feel like a complete badass when you use your fists to take down an armed assailant.

Yes. I do. My friend was fully geared in camo gear and an M4 with a myriad of beauteous attachments. He is also relatively new to the game. He didn't know you could roll while prone. He rolled off the top of the hospital in Cherno. We had to go guard his body for quite some time until he could find his way back,

Zeroing solved may problems for my accuracy AND keep in mind I shoot both people and zombies. Not sure what the problem is.

I think if there's an auto run feature, that it should only be for a specific distance or there should be none at all. BUT, that would be a complete pain in the dick and therefore impractical. Get over it. Vehicles will shrink the map considerably enough without an auto run key.

The map WILL shrink. But hopefully vehicles will be a risky rarity.

This idea is pure shit. That is all. The idea that you should be punished for playing the game a particular way is ridiculous. Especially a way so common.

I would totally kill someone for a can opener. I have only found ONE opener and that very day I lost it in a shootout. Shame. EDIT: I didn't get to open any fucking cans with it.

I enjoy the bestial thrill of tracking and then killing my prey without even blinking. It's all the more enjoyable when the prey thinks it can fight back.
