    Hi there, is the game still being optimised for hardware, because it runs pretty bad on most PC's. When I look at the ground or I'm in a building, I'll get up to 75 fps, but as soon as I step outside it's down to about 20 or less. My system specs GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 @3.0GHz RAM: 4GB Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
