I shoot my buddy in the stomach with a mosin (he walked in front of my barrel when I was taking down a z). I had to give him a saline shot and his combat jacket was ruined, other than that all was prestine. I guess he was lucky -
Well most multi threaded desktop apps does benefit from HT

Arma engine does not play well with hyper threading, turn that off in bios and you will get some more frames out of your Intel rig

Jedi Knight and Jedi Knight Academy, that's examples of games with excellent melee combat. Just the fact that you can't change to axe while running more often than you can is annoying as hell -
I am not for or against KOS here, but I do think we should have a system that makes people think twice before KoS. Robbing is more fun anyway right? I would like if the loot get ruined by KoS, the % of damage is linear to the power of the weapon used. For instance if you use a Mosin or M4 the chance of damaged loot is very high. A axe not so much

If they give them more HP they need to improve the dynamics of melee combat. Which I think is impossible given the engine of choice. -

Really enoying, I only have the Magnum for now and I had it clicked in a fire fight for that exact reason. Luckly my team mate put a 5.56 through his skull before he could kill me

How realistic -
My character was reseted when joining a server, I then saw that in the name it said "Reset server" I thought it ment that it recycled the server map. But no it actually stole my Mosin and 300 rounds of 7.62. along with all other goodies I had looted for over 4 days :/ The DayZ team must remove this "feature"!

Looting is much safer on servers with low player count, I only join high player count servers when I am with my group and we want to rob people. Reseting peps character is not a way of getting rid of server hopping -
