I would like to see a bigger map with more places to hide camps, I only use tents as decoys as they are to easy to find. Barrels are my preferred storage option as they are easier to hide. I also spread them out. I was on a high pop server and some of my stashes lasted at least a month before being found. What got me was it was the more well hidden barrels that were found. You had to walk into them to find them they were not visible any other way. And I go for once a place is found it is compromised. And as I'm an inquisitive person I go most places and I do think is this a place people will go. Due to that I have found some stashes. Although after sevens comments I will have to look a bit harder to find that sweet spot :)

Thanks Seven. But where is the fueling point on the car? I have had the jerry can in my hands, but haven't found the point for refuelling.

Not sure if it would be correct, but I play on UN 2 server and after the initial start I haven't found any hunter backpacks and barrels are real scarce. Searched all of Chpaevsk, Novoselky and Dubky and only found 1 barrel and I have been all over the map in high and low traffic areas and nada. I'm woundering if wheels and jerry cans are taking up to many slots as they are the main items I find in barrel locations. Plus is it me or are there way to many guns and not enough mags for them? I know they have reduced ammo, but did they have to do that by reducing the number of magazines? When not make them spawn in empty, can't be that hard.

Yep they need to do something about base building tents stick out a mile even the mil one. I tend to use barrels scattered around the map and even they get found quit regularly. Dean Hall said he would like you to think about whether you would steal or not if you found some ones camp like the time he was in the army and found some ones camp and left it alone. Well I can say people in this game have no problems in stealing even if they are items you can get after a little searching. And I have to say I steal from other peoples camps as I have been stolen from so often I have no qualms in doing it.

What a morning. I took 3 rounds and survived. And thanks heroichobo for not taking me completely out. By the way that was a good shot and I hope you got the person that took the other shots at me. I just have to get my health back still in blurovision after 30 mins. It would be nice to meet you heroic under a less stressful situation. Well my M65 jacket is ruined, but I have gained a pristine ballistic vest which was worn. Not bad form that encounter.

Well i met a real friendly guy. Comes behind me with his shot gun and shoots me. Wouldn't mind if I was a real threat, but was not that well kitted out and he ruined it all with shooting me. He could have avoided me or asked for what he wanted I did ask him before he took me completely out. Oh well his loss not mine as I can get what I lost in 2 hours if that.

Is any one else loosing items in barrels. I placed 2 canteens in a barrel returned 30 mins later and they had gone. And no I don't think some one stole them as there were only another 4 people on the server and there was some hi end loot in the barrel that was still there. Also lost an AK74. I thought some one might have taken it, but the ammo for it was still in the barrel. So why not take the ammo for it? If any one else has found this let me know as I will report it as a bug. And no after loging back in the items ha dent returned as I know they con still be in a container but not visible. This is not the case they have gone.

Having played the game for some 1300 hrs and having set up a few small bases one of the things I have noticed is how easy they are to spot. It would be good if you could use the branches you get from trees to add some camo to the tents to break there outline and colour. The same could be said for barrels. Also may be make some parts of the forest really dense to hide things/camps in. Also bigging holes to hide barrels and cover them in branches and earth to hide them. I'm thinking they could look into this when other things are sorted within the game.

I'm not having much luck at the moment. Every time I get on I have about 10 mins play then the servers go down lol. Never mind.

Well I had a good experience in svetlo. Used my cr75 to take out a zed, the nest thing I know 2 more zeds come around the corner. I take them out this went on until I had taken out 7 zeds. Nice to see they are attracted to gun shot noises now. I have a sporter 22 which is a lot better as it doesn't draw the zeds in.

Its good to here Jon that they are looking at mags with no ammo. Its about time.
