You probably got infected somehow (unclean bandages or just the open wound). There's Alcohol in game to desinfect. Now you need antibiotics (there are pills and injections)

I'm wondering if in the release your characters will be specific to the server they are created on? Yhis to prevent the "ghosting" and server hoppers?
