So let me get this straight? Because you have a bad experience with people that took advantage of you because you timed out you are going to kill people on sight? Also get some time to know the game before you even join a clan. There is so many experiences you can have in DayZ and killing on sight is one of the most dullest of them all where the only difference you have between this and cod is that when you die you need to gear up again.

I wish it could be something like this but at the moment there is a bunch of houses plopped down, we call them town/cities. At these towns and cities we have pvp, loot, and oh ya the occasional zombie.

What would be pretty cool would be to have spawn points at new places each week during the alpha. This is so the Devs can get people to explore many new areas and once they done every town/area of interest they bring it back to normal and let people decide where to go.

One thing I love about Arma is that you don't have to carry 2 different type of sights dependent on your situation, that is why there is dual sights so you can be ready in any type of situation that comes your way. I was wondering if there would be something like this in the future. Also what other attachments would you like to see come later into the game? Regardless of the gun being introduced into the game yet.

I felt the same way as you my friend, first I gotten all the gear can ever possibly want and I sat down and asked now what do I want to do, at this time the game was 3 weeks into the alpha. So I tried everything, first I tried being a bandit, but I can never get my victims to comply and sit down while I torture them. I tried KOSing but I got quickly bored after killing people for a while who were so bad that they just hit the floor making it easy for me to get some shots in. I tried being a hero and no one wanted my help they just wanted my gear, I was contemplating to just uninstall the game and forget about it, I was at the NE airfield where I met some people in a building and I talked to them the friendly approach, nevertheless I got a couple of shots in me and I went down, now I was going to re spawn since I was unconscious but I remembered there was a sticked post on the forums that gave medical assistance TMW. I went and I looked for medical assistance, in less than a few min they came and helped me out, I was suspecting them to kill me when they were coming to rescue me, but they didn't they got me out of unconsciousness and saved me. I immediately fell in love with the community and I started hanging out with them and going through there application process at the same time. Now I am here as a TMW medic and I love what I do :3

Protector cases aren't made of Kevlar, could have just been desync that made it look like he got shot but didn't.

The Physics from ARMA 3 look great, not always realistic but great.

Multiple times I would see people complaining about bugs where there character is stuck between a couple of rocks and can't get out, they get stuck inside the un-enterable rooms of a building Also this happened to me where I was spawned in the middle of the ocean as a new spawn far from any land in sight. Anyways if there is a bug that got me trapped and I can't get out it is a shame that I can't play the game and I have to spend hours with DayZ on to kill my self due to starvation. Of course let it be available only for alpha in the time being and not the actual release of the game.

Even so when Rocket said that he was going away from DayZ what did he do, he just let the problem subside and didn't really say much after that. Once this mechanic is taken away people will complain sure but it will subside in a week or less.

I think punches are fine at the moment, if you don't believe this all you need to do is to find a muscular guy to punch you in the head 3 times.

There could have been many possibilities. 1. He saw you through the windows or past the alleyways. 2. He chose to flank around you and you chose to be there due to impatience. Also on top of that you combat logged what a shame.

The M4 is a piece of shit with out MP buttstock and hand guard, bipod makes it better (If you are prone) and make sure you take off your M4 bayonet from it, it increases dispersion dramatically.
