You just need to get the hang of the game :/ i spawned, headed to the hills and crawled my way into barns and buildings and found some decent gear, just wait for the right time to move then go! if your too hasty then your bound to get killed! as teh old saying goes "you need to learn to walk before you can run"

There is no point attempting when you have already aggro a zed and it's following you noob and and also the gun fire attract more so again there was no point so why not try to gather up all you could, lead them in to the back of the hanger then make a run for it?

Yeah, found weapons quickly myself. I suspect the people you see running around blasting zombies left right and centre and drawing lots of attention to themselves are having trouble adjusting. lol yeah. I kinda find it funny watching people try to play a bandit role and just drawing the zeds to them selfs instead! gives people like my self an easy access while the idiot runs for miles trying to loose chase!

whats with the bitching about the new patch, so what if it has bugs, like many say it is alpha and it is still playable! i managed to sneak into loads of places and get gear with out alerting one zed, re-think your game plan ffs! -

I don't understand how most people are saying zeds see you from a mile away..iv managed to crawl past loads undetected :/ hell one even walked right past a window i was stood at and just blanked me where normally i would be running for the hills! As for the no gun, this is much better!!! it makes sneaking into a town and getting a weapon and supplies that little bit more rewarding! And like somone said above, it stops the idiots shooting you right away, this is no longer COD zombies :)

So i updated and i have yet to get into a server, every server i join just sits on teh "Creating character" but i can see people in the chat and they are saying the same thing! What's the problem? is the update fully working or???

I don't believe it saved it but i know it has made it's sales rocket over the months! I can't see all the COD kids playing this game for long though -
So i have played Arma2:OA on line many times but can't find my case with it in any where!! but i loved arma and how it was massive and you could play for hours on end on the same server! So how dose this mod live up? can you play this for hours on end too? is it worth me going out ad buying arma again for this mod?
