Don't go to elektro. All the idiots are in or around elektro and on the coast. Unless you can survive there, I would not recommend you to go there. Try to recognize where your starting point is. Then find the first water pump and drink until you're full. So you're not thirsty anymore and shouldn't be for the next 100 minutes. Your char starts with 1000 energy, gets hungry at 600 and starts to starve at 100 energy. So you have 900 energy time to find food. 900 energy are at least 60 minutes if you're moving. In 60 minutes you can get to every place on the map if you know how to navigate. So just head inland and find some villages that are not looted. If the houses are looted don't waste your time and move on. You soon will get to a point where every building is closed because either nobody was there before or the guys who were there before didn't need more basic supplies because they got it out of the towns you just visited.

Yes it does but I would not advise it because it takes too long and most likely you will end up bleeding yourself. Knock him out and just run away, if he catches up because you're looting - rinse and repeat.

Beeing and staying healthy is as easy as it was before. If you can find food you should have no problem getting healthy. Your stomach is smaller but it seems you can also eat more often. I can't even really feel the difference. You also should think about your numbers. 4k water is max water and 3 k energy is nothing. A bag of rice is 3750 energy and you start with 1000 energy. Regeneration starts at 3000 water and 3500 energy 1blood/sec. Max regen starts at 3500 water and 5000 energy 3blood/sec and after full on blood 3health/sec. You can store 20k energy in your body. I should be above 10k energy right now. So I could play for 5.5 hours and still be above 5k energy and about 10-11hours away form getting hungry. I really hope sickness/infections come soon into play because it's way to easy to stay healthy atm.

The defib works atm on the normal servers like an epipen. It brings you back from unconsciousness but only as long as you are above a certain amount of blood. Saline does the same and fills up your blood (=100% success rate) so nobody really uses defibs or epipens. It's most likely in the changelog because unconsciousness =| dead. We will see.

Don't run to elektro or cherno if you want to live on. Elektro is not the paradise, it's a meatgrinder and every wannabe bandit will be there.
